Elegant and utilitarian
Argos were out of stock of a similar item and wanted my non-existent mobile number, so I looked on Amazon instead. My wooden mug holder had lost a "branch", so I decided on this metal version replacement. It cost only 75% as much as the similar Argos item. Delivery was free for some reason - so I went for it, and it took only four days to arrive. The delivery man rang and handed me a rather large box, but the item was securely wrapped inside. It came already assembled. It's a nice clean design, in nice shiny steel, sleek but sturdy, and the cups hang securely from it. Thoroughly recommended!

Not as advertised
I purchased this item because it was advertised as being a "Stainless steel" mug tree, however when it arrives the lable clearly state that it is " Chrome ".I would not pay that price for a chrome mug tree.

Looks good does what it’s supposed to do
Delivery was very quick item was well packaged. Strong and sturdy and looks good with our coffee mugs on. 🤗

Damaged on arrival
Product came in a very damaged box. It was very wobbly when I first got it out, I had to use a screw driver to tighten at the bottom. Now it’s tighter, it does the job.

Dimensions are off
I like the appearance but the balance is all off I cannot even fit teacups on the bottom arms the dimensions are all off.
