If your older, had a hysterectomy, and post menopause, you need DIM’s to keep the good estrogen and get rid of bad estrogens.

This works great , when I was able to take it. ( was recently diagnosed with HFI, and can't have fructose /so no sugar) This didn't have to bad of an odor, but your swallowing it so you can't taste it. While taking it I had more energy, and seemed to be less anxious. I would have loved to take this longer, however with HFI , I have to really pay attention to ingredient's.

Reducing them and balancing estrogen levels helps managing adverse perimenopause and menopause symptoms as well as easies the feeling of menopause burden. That brings more focus and ability to be active, the desire to be social and revitalizes. Performing tasks not difficult in the past, but being anxious about, is again within easy reach with increased confidence. Go out and do things comes back and makes feeling yourself again. Becoming more stable and resilient reduces the feeling of insecurity and encourages to act. The skin and inflammation conditions benefit too from balanced hormones reducing the risk of hormone related.

Great quality and easy to take. This is a 4 month supply at this current price, .58 cents a day. I feel better taking it. I haven't noticed any boost in energy or weight loss or pain relief though. But I don't think I could contribute it to any one thing, tbh. But I do feel better when taking this vs not taking it. It works well for me and I am curious to see what benefits come from long time use.

Good for hormonal support. I have very bad hormones and I’m taking these and it’s helping me with my symptoms alittle bit. I feel a little better on these and will continue to buy them o see if I see any progress.

I love that this supplement is made in the USA and it's a reputable brand. DIM is supposed to be helpful for balancing hormones and the addition of broccoli extract helps with absorption. These capsules go down easy with no aftertaste. This supplement can be helpful for women of perimenopausal and menopausal age to help with symptoms. I will continue to take these supplements to see if they help with symptoms.

I took these regularly for well over a month and unfortunately didn't notice any support for my peri-menopausal symptoms or hormonal balancing. Supplements can work for some and not others. Unfortunately, these did not work for me.

Seems to work great. Received it in 2025 and doesn't expire until October 2027. Serving size is only 1 capsule, so it's a 2 month supply. Capsules are a pretty standard size for swallowing. Ingredients look good without a bunch of fillers. I'd recommend this!
