I got this as a gift for my husband (mid-forties), who hadn’t done LEGO since he was a child. I was slightly worried he’d think I’d lost the plot, but he actually really enjoyed it! He built it over three evenings and said it was really therapeutic, with a lovely sense of satisfaction as it came together.The set is really well organised, with a thick booklet of step-by-step instructions and the pieces split into around 16 bags, so you just work through one at a time and it never feels overwhelming.When it was finished, we both thought it looked sweet and a bit quirky, so we hung it up in our downstairs toilet for our friends and family to admire. We now call that room the Loovre (see what we did there?).I’ve added some photos of it in various stages of assembly, completed, and hung up pride of place in our Loovre.
