It’s easy to use and food tastes nice and crispy! One thing that it wouldn’t seem to do is fry samosas. The outer coating was stiff and hot when cooked but not the same as deep fried. All other items like chips ,meat, precooked things that need a touch of crispy - maybe even cakes (but I haven’t tried this yet) will cook in this!
