If you ship packages at all, this little printer is a game changer. Setup was surprisingly easy. I plugged it into my computer, installed the driver, and was printing labels within minutes. It connects via USB and works great with standard 4x6 thermal labels. The print quality is clear and sharp, barcodes scan easily, and it prints fast without making a ton of noise. I’ve used it for shipping labels and return labels, and everything comes out crisp with no smudging (love that there’s no ink involved). It’s compact, doesn’t take up much desk space, and feels sturdy for a small machine. I also appreciate how smoothly the labels feed through without jamming. Overall, this is a great option for small businesses or anyone who ships regularly. Simple, reliable, and does exactly what you need without overcomplicating things.

I am happy with this printer. I tried a different brand and had to return that one so I didn’t have high hopes for this at first because of the pricepoint. I was pleasantly surprised, it’s so much better than the more expensive one I tried. It’s easy to use and I print from my laptop so I don’t mind the usb cord. I have used it nearly every day for 2 weeks and am still impressed. Prints well enough for USPS barcodes. The head and roller need to be kept dust free, so if you get spotty printing that’s probably why. Just clean it with rubbing alcohol and it’s good to go.

Once I figured out what the 'rules' were with this printer everything was fine. At first it gave me fits! I use 4x6 labels on a roll. This prefers them fan-fold, or single sheets. But even single sheets were a problem. It prints out a label and then starts blinking red that there is a misfeed with the rolled labels or the single sheets. But give it a fanfold, and it's happy. You really have to watch how you get the settings set up in whatever application you are using. If the app thinks it's 8 and a half by 11, it will print out the label on four 4x6 sheets. Anyway I probably am a little slower at this than other people, so I can't blame the printer. All-in-all it prints fantastic!

I'm returning this item. It was not awful to set up on my laptop, however it was impossible to set up on my phone, it never was accomplished. When printing shipping labels from my laptop, this would print "4x6" labels so small that the post office reprimanded me due to having difficulty scanning the bar and QR codes on these tiny labels that were not by any means 4x6. Not only that, I never was able to print a full shipping label that included all of the information on the label. Either the name would be missing or the address or the bar code, etc. I tried printing the same label 7 times and not once did I end up with a whole label. I repeated this process with a second label and had the same problem. Formatting was impossible, I tried every option. This was a huge waste of time.

Bought on sale. Nice little USB ONLY printer. All those that whine about it not working with their phones have a reading disability. Comes with a little USB drive but I just downloaded the drivers directly from their website. Comes with sample labels which are actually 4 1/8" X 6" but if you buy Orgsta brand labels you get 4X6. Buy the cheaper Amazon labels. No complains so far except the sample labels are not standard as far as I can tell.

I use this label very frequently for shipping with eBay. I have not had any issues with durability, even after accidentally leaving it outside in a frozen car for a few days. The software for it is easy enough to install using the instructions. The controls are easy to figure out and use. As long as the labels are properly aligned using the internal guides there have been no issues with printing alignment, legibility, or damage to the labels. This is well worth the price because you don’t have to pay for ink and buying labels yourself is usually much cheaper than buying them at a post office, ups store, etc. as of right now, I don’t see much reason to buy a more expensive printer than this one.

This printer is very easy to set up. I am running Windows, and got a newer driver from Orgsta's site, not the USB flash drive that is included. The free flash drive is nice though, only 1GB however. The driver seems to be one made by Seagull Scientific for their BarTender software, which seems like it is a very common setup for these label printers. A lot of brands seem to use these specific drivers, I don't believe it is Chinese spyware. Getting the device set up is very quick, plug it in, turn it on. The labels feed in from the back, and the printer uses 2 light sensors to see where the labels start and end. You do have to calibrate it once by holding the top feed button down for 3-5 seconds (one beep) and it will feed a few through and recognize the size. You can also hold the feed button until it beeps twice to print a test label. The printer driver sets up the page sizes automatically for you, it set USER to 4x6, which is perfect for the labels that are included. I've printed a few test ones so far and they all look great, nice and clear, although some thin/light fonts can be a bit jagged. Perfect for shipping labels as long as the barcode can be scanned. It also prints quickly, one label in about 2 seconds or so. It takes longer to rip it off than to print. I haven't had any failures yet, seems like it will work well enough long term. I like the size, nice and small, sits at the corner of my desk basically out of sight.

Minor difficulty getting the computer to recognize the printer. Print driver for Windows was included on a stick and loaded smoothly. Printer resets the label location every time it is turned on thereby alleviating the problem of labels being off. Lightning fast print and clear labels printed. Yes it isn't blue tooth but the seller tells you that in the item description.
