Best pillow! It’s my first review I’ve ever written. But I’ve been trying to find a good pillow for years. If you have shoulder problems this pillow rocks. The only downside is you can’t spin it around or flip it over to get too hot or sweaty. I’m pretty much only lay on it one way with your shoulder. But if you flip it over the shoulder gap cradles your head perfectly if you’re laying on your back. Very impressed with my pillow.

The “arm hole” is too rigid and unnatural to even fall asleep. The square corners are also not very forgiving. At least now I know what to look for in this type of pillow.

I'm a side sleeper and often wake up with shoulder pain/pins and needles on the side I'm lying on. I was functional, but pretty stiff in the morning. Been that way for years. And then I got a pinched ulnar nerve (due to an unrelated injury) which made sleeping comfortably extra extra difficult. I did a lot of online research hoping I'd find something that would keep my head at the right angle, but have a sort of tunnel to keep the pressure off my arm and shoulder. I found this pillow here and despite the price, decided to splurge, because I was miserable. I'm glad I did; it's been great. I get better support for my head, keep my cervical column straight, and have a spot for my arm. My only wish is that the center channel/tunnel were on a diagonal instead of straight up the middle, although I accept that this would involve having both right- and left-handed pillows, which sounds like overzealous bedding luxury.

I'm a side sleeper and was very excited when i saw this pillow, unfortunately, it is too small and soft. As soon as you lay down on it it deflates and there is no support which basically defeats the purpose and still causes shoulder and neck discomfort.

Works for me Just bought a new one and it’s pretty solid but that helps with my shoulder beneath itOld one is softer after use but still helps FYI it’s taken 5 years for my shoulder to get better but at least it helps you get through the night

This is the 4th time I have purchased this pillow. This one gives me a neck ache and both shoulders ache when I wake up. It is too firm and too thick. Not comfortable at all. The pillows I have bought for 20 years were perfect. This one is not usable. I threw away the packaging material and I am disabled so I cannot get to a post office to return. I do not have anything to put it in to send back. I am going to purchase the petite one hoping it is better.

I am a side sleeper, and I bought this pillow in an attempt to alleviate my arm falling asleep. It may work for some, but it didn’t work for me.

The cover could be of better quality considering the price. That is my only gripe, other than the single complaint it just works.
