Dermatological Cream 125G

I use E45 cream on my always dry face and I love it because I only use a tiny bit of it each day and the dryness is gone! The other good news is that it doesn't cause any negative effects like pimples, etc. I don't use it on my hands because it does cause you to leave finger smudges on everything you touch.

Works well without all the smell. Used on skin graph didn't want any smelly perfumes just moisturizer and this does the trick.

This is my first jar of this so I wanted to wait to review it until I gave it a fair shake. I want to preface this by saying I do not have a diagnosis, as I can't afford a dermatologist. I have very dry AND oily skin on my face, especially around my nose and mouth, as well as sores and flakiness. This is an issue that a multitude of OTC products haven't been able to curb over the last decade+ The E45 cream did make my skin worse for about 2 weeks, but then it started calming down and now I'm about 7 weeks in and my skin looks better than it ever has! I'm so excited! The sores haven't shown up in about 3 weeks, and there are no flakes and no itchiness! I'm absolutely blown away and I really hope my skin continues looking this great as I continue to use this product! I'm using a regimen of E45 cream 2-3x daily and "eb5" facial wash once daily. I've been using the eb5 for a while and I never got results this good until I added E45 to my routine. I read other reviews saying the jars aren't filled enough, and I had the same thought upon opening it. I have found that I only need to use a small amount for each application, so the jar is proving to last a while for me. If I needed to apply it on more than just my face, then I could see this being an issue. I purchased this on January 10, I've been using it 2-3x daily, and as of March 4 I still have more than half of what I received. I also want to mention the scent, as in there really isn't any! It kind of has a generic lotion smell, but it's not strong by any means. Strong or perfumey scents trigger migraines for me, so I'm super grateful that this doesn't have a scent. The cream actually feels pretty good on my face, too. It feels moisturizing and it felt kind of cool and soothing back when I was still dealing with sores and itchiness. It does leave a greasy feel on my fingers, though, which is easily remedied with soap and water :) If you're struggling with skin issues and you have the funds, then I highly recommend trying this out. It did seem a bit pricey to me, but it honestly has been proving to be invaluable.

I had an issue with my package not arriving at no fault of the seller, but eventually I received a new one. This cream is AMAZING for those of us with sensitive skin or skin issues-- I have rosacea and this cream is beautifully silky without feeling like a thick, rich cream. No fragrance, no alcohol, no nothing that flares my rosacea like aloe-- great product. Shame I can't buy it locally, but ordering from the UK is worth it.
