It is better than my expectation. The quality is similar when I buy higher price of ice pack for back or knee in drugstores or Walmart. I can use it for my other body parts. It is included 2 pair white gloves. I think it is good for 30min - 1hr in freezer as hand therapy. Longer freezing might causes ice pack harden.

I was having problems with my hands swelling and hurting after work or the next day cause I was using air tools at work for long periods of time. Once I got these they helped a lot I was able to get the swelling to go down quicker and have less pain just after a few minutes of using them. The only thing I didn't like was how cold they would get my hands and yes the cold helped but once you get your hands so cold they will hurt worse so, I could only use them for short periods of time and I recommend using the gloves that come with the ice pack gloves cause if you use them on bare skin they make your hands way to cold.

Feels so Soothing

I usually wear a size large in women's gloves and these size large ice packs are just right for me! Nicely made. Usually put them in refrigerator as that is cold enough for me.

My brother got a set of these to use cold for pain relief in his hands, but the friend I dog walk with has a vascular problem that keeps her hands like ice most of the time....and we live in Florida.....so I gifted her with a pair for Christmas...to use hot especially during our last cold spell....she loved them !

They stay cold for a decent amount of time. They are pretty hard to put on two hands alone and impossible to use your phone lol. Some times I guess you have to make choices.I had the full finger chill gloves that you can use your phone with, but they stay cold for just a few minutes and they don't get very cold.
