I have other very nice bands, sports, dress up etc BUT they just gather dust. Why? Well I'm not going to try and make a big deal about it. After all it is just a watch band for a reasonable price. BUT again "for me" it has been the one that I like the best. Now realize I'm an old guy who grew up wearing mostly leather bands. Sure I had my stainless time but since I live in a place that has a long winter the leather has been the way to go.THE REST OF THE STORYA couple of months ago I was lucky enough to get to go to Oahu since my wife's work sent her there for a month and I could stay with her. The first day we went to the beach I realized that A. I didn't feel comfortable leaving my Series 3 hidden in our towels and B. I was willing to sacrifice the band since I felt I had gotten my money's worth out of it. So SPLASH I dove into the ocean. Sure it was wet and waterlogged and almost everyday for the next 2 weeks I either was in the Ocean, Pool or Jacuzzi (yeah it was AWESOME). And I just waited for the leather to start breaking down. Day after day it got to be a thing. I would keep wearing it. It would dry or mostly dry out and the next time I could get wet I did. I was prepared to stop at a mall or whatever and get a replacement band when it deteriorated as I left all my others at home. Go figure, IT NEVER DID. I am looking down at it while I type this and I just can't get over the fact that it looks just fine. There's no cracking, no unraveling, no fading, no, nothing. It looks just fine for 10 months of wear and abuse. So I feel very comfortable continuing to wear it and to recommend it so highly. NOTE: I should be getting my Series 4 in a couple of weeks and you know what? I'm not going to buy another band. At least not until this one lets me down. Check out the pics, no BS. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Stylish Leather Replacement Strap for Apple Watch - Looks Great, Fit's a Little Stiff *by S***. on December 17, 2018* I waited a couple of weeks before posting this review, so I could get some time wearing this product and come up with what I think is an honest assessment. The yearscase 42mm Retro/Vintage leather Apple Watch replacement strap easily snapped into place on my watch. The clasping is secure with the watch base and does not seem like it will be coming loose any time soon. True to it's item description, the rich brown leather strap exudes a certain classy retro / vintage vibe. I found that the strap itself is a little stiff, and I hoped that after wearing it for close to three weeks, it would break-in a bit and become a little softer, but this not the case. I guess that this adds to its durability. Because of this stiffness, it can make the watch a little uncomfortable at times, particularly rare instances when I'm going through some unexpected motions. Overall, I'm very happy with this and would gladly recommend it to anyone. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Seems like an okay product *by O***️ on February 17, 2018* Seems like an okay product. Absolutely love the color, it’s a very feminine pink and it compliments my silver Apple Watch nicely. Seems a little cheaply made, especially for “genuine leather”. Metal clasp seems flimsy and looks like it may not hold up over time, only time will tell.
