Better than Feta!!
I love this cheese, it's better than feta as not as salty. Its lovely texture makes it perfect for salads or pasta dishes! It has become my go to whenever is in stock!!

Great for salads
It’s delicious. Very salty, so I left it in hot water for 10 mins and rinsed it. Great for a salad with peppers, onions and tomatoes.
