These Ardell Wispie lashes are such great value. For £3.99 you also get a tube of adhesive. They are reuseable too.I must admit I am still coming to terms with using false eyelashes and find these a tad long (Iwear glasses) so my daughter helped me out, trimmed some off the length and showed me how to apply them.

Ardell Lashes Wispies # 122I usually use New Look eyelashes and hadn't tried these Ardell ones from the US before. These Ardell are really nice false eyelashes - they are a good fit for my (large) eyes, they go on nicely and have really nice volume that's big and full. Once the lashes were on, they stayed on really well. You could re-use them (though I prefer to use a fresh pair each time).The one down side is that the glue is rubbish. It doesn't stick, meaning I had apply and re-apply the lashes many times before they eventually took. This messed up my eye make-up. I had mascara under my eyelashes, and foundation came off my eyelid so there were two different tones. I had to re-apply my eye make-up and foundation. I have never had this problem with the New Look lashes I usually use. I would probably stick to New Look because the glue works and the lashes work and I wouldn't have to buy my own glue.Here are my top tips for applying false eyelashes:=== BEFORE STARTING ===* Get together everything you'll need: eyelashes, glue, mirror, nail scissors, eyeliner (optional), mascara (if needed), eye make-up* If your natural lashes are not black, put mascara on your own lashes first so they'll blend in (do not put mascara on the false eyelashes)* If you have good eyeliner (one that doesn't smear or drip), you can put on a slick of eyeliner on the eyelid right along the eyelash line (optional)=== STARTING ===* It makes it easier to always start on the same side each time; I start with the right-hand set of lashes* Gently remove the right-hand lashes from the box (these Eylure lashes are stuck down gently at the inner and outer edge to a sticky strip)* Rest the right lashes up on your right eyelid and almost certainly the strip will need a trim as it will be wider than your eyelid or your own natural eyelash line; decide whether you want to trim from the inside (which means the first lash will be longer) or the outside (which, if the lashes taper to their longest on the outside, will mean you're losing some length); I tend to trim from the outside* Using nail scissors, trim the excess eyelash and place the lash back in the box (you can keep the trimmed lash & use that as a more subtle lash extension if you like)* Repeat with the left-hand eyelash* Now you have two trimmed lashes, you're ready to put them on!* The secret to good false eyelashes is two-fold: first, allow the glue to become tacky before sticking them on; second, make sure you press the lashes down at each corner* Starting with the right eyelash, apply glue to the eyelash edge then rest gently on the lashes for at least 20 seconds to allow the glue to become tacky (rather than runny); repeat with the left eyelash* Pick up the right eyelash by the lashes, bring up to the right eyelid then, starting at the outer corner, use a fingernail of the other hand to tap the eyelashes into place on the skin of the upper eyelid as close to the natural eyelash line as you can. Bear in mind that, once you tap the eyelash into place, if you pull the eyelash off to re-position it, it may not be sticky enough to re-stick. Finish off by pressing firmly with the tip of a fingernail at the outer corner and inner corner, as this is where lashes can start to become unstuck.* Repeat with the left eyelash.=== DURING WEAR ===* Take eyelash glue with you, in case the lashes start to come off - if put on properly, this will be rare.* To re-stick an eyelash, put a little glue on something slim enough to slip under the portion of lash that's lifted.* Remember to leave the glue to get tacky first - at least 20 seconds - then slip the glue underneath the lifted lash strip and press the lash into place with the end of a fingernail.=== AFTERWARDS ===* Holding the inner corner of the eyelashes, gently pull outwards so the right eyelash strip comes off* Gently clean the lashes by pulling off old dried glue* Place the lashes back in the box in the correct spot* Repeat with the left eyelashesIf cleaned reasonably diligently and treated gently, false eyelashes can last for several uses. Just keep going till they start to look tatty or gunky.Do NOT be tempted to sleep with false eyelashes still on; if you have to, just pull them both off in one go and bin them. Ardell false eyelashes are great value and the quality cannot be faulted. If they are too long for your eye simply snip a tiny bit off to make them fit. Application is simple, ensure you allow the glue to get tacky before laying close to your own lashes base. Ardell have a huge range to choose from, so you can opt for a natural look up to a full on glammed up flutter!

The eyelashes looks nothing like the picture being advertised. Would not recommend buying!

Again, another great product. Nice curved affect, so look like real lashes, the clear band means you can't tell they are false. Storage case included - very pleased

These are a nice length with mixed length lashes Wispies 122 by Ardell. The lashes come out at all angles and give a nice natural look. They are made of natural hair and are light and comfortable to wear. The lashes come with a mini-DUO eyelash glue tube. Check the fit by holding the lashes along your lash-line. If they a little long then carefully trim them and then apply some glue sparingly. Wait 30 seconds and then apply along the lashline and using a pair of tweezers to help position them in place securely. Remove adhesive from band and restick the lashes in the box.I don't apply mascara to them as I add the lashes last after makeup. This way they last longer. To remove them very gently from one corner and try not to pull or yank them off.

I really like the ardell #122 wispies lashes. just fluffy and fluttery and pretty. Not to long or short. Ive bought the cheaper lashes which were fine most of the time. But these are my favs. I always end up roaming back to ardell to grab some of the "nicer" lashes. I like the quality of them. I will have to try some of the other types of lashes ardell makes, im sure they're just as nice :)

Mi primera vez con pestañas postizas, tuve que recortarlas, eran demasiado falsas, días después compre la 116 y estoy encantada, más finas y ligeras al llevarlas, si lo que buscas es comodidad y naturalidad, este número no es el tuyo, recomiendo el 116. Vino con pegamento y aguantan bien la jornada.
