This worked great, unfortunately I made a silly mistake of buying it for my daughter and she’s too small. But overall it made hula hooping super easy, a good workout with nice weight to it, and the padding makes it not hurt at all. It’s fun too! Just my opinion!

I love that you have the ability to make this big or smaller. Seems to be so far a good solid quality product. Comfortable to use. The bit of padding does seem to help cushion against my hip bones. It was pretty easy to assemble. The weight seems accurate. There is a little bit of a learning curve to it but it functions as it should. Another great way to sneak in exercise and make it fun.

I'm in my 70's. I haven't hula hooped since I was a kid. It came back to me immediately. It's actually fun. I'm slowly working up the time that I use it. The 2 pound weight is very good. I tried the 4 lb and it was just too heavy for me. Attaching the links together was a little tricky, You may need to pull back the foam abit and really push together Hard ,until you feel and hear the latch. I very highly recommend this brand. Good quality !!

Do not buy. This hula is a piece of junk. It keeps falling apart. We tried to use it. It never stays put together unfortunately I waited too long to send it back so I have to throw it away because it is not stable. I wish I could give it a zero in the end piece of junk.

Hula hooping at least twice a day helps my body feel better and helps my blood circulation flow better 👍
