Installation took a bit of trial and error but no more than 10 mins. Provides very very good lumbar and side support. I wanted one coz my car is 13 yrs old and the driver's seat had sagged. This has made a tremendous difference tothe driving comfort. So much so that I have ordered one more for the passenger seat,more so for symmetry than for anything else. Price seems high but so far seems worth it. Now an update.. Got the 2nd one last week.Item was damaged(torn), with the headrest pillow missing.So the same was returned with a replacement request. Promptly got an exchange.
