This phone is amazing. Doesn't slice and dice but does everything else. Run time is insane like 2 days of videos and music. It is no lightweight but extremely sturdy and solid. Great for movies, music accounting photography even in the black of night. It has tons of storage on board and is ridiculously expandable. This phone is super fast so at first I tened to scroll right past whatever app I was looking for.This phone is an amazing value for the money and reccomend it highly.

I give this phone four stars for the following reasons: Positive: The battery is truly amazing and was the main reason for me to purchase this phone. I am using it for seven weeks now, and had to recharge it twice - with 85% remaining as of today. (However, I don't use the phone extensively. I don't watch videos on it or listen to music. I use the phone for calls, for daily several texts, and for occasionally for looking something up on the Internet.) The manufacturer is responsive. I had a question regarding the missing audio jack (see below) and received promptly a helpful answer. Negative: It has no audio jack - despite Rufus' statements. You need an USB-C to 3.5mm adapter in order for your headset or ear phones to work. The "manual" is a joke. It consists of one page with blurry images. (My previous phone, a Kyocera flip phone came with 123 pages user manual.) The charging cable and wall adapter, which came with the phone, don't fit. The charging cable has USB-C on both ends, the wall adapter, however, has an USB-A port. So, I needed to purchase a USB-C wall adapter. The camera cannot compete with the camera friends have on their iPhone or Samsung Galaxy phone. (Not a deal breaker for me because I use a "real" camera for my daily photos.) P.S. I had to switch from Verizon to T-Mobile.

I need help with my phone. Just bought it in September and going a trip and it exploded or something in the plug. It was very hot when I stopped and unplugged the phone.

It is massive. Seriously huge and ridiculously thick, and the battery really only lasts 3 days with normal use. Not worth carrying a brick around. Also, the fingerprint scanner never worked, and sometimes apps would freeze. The build quality is excellent, though, and the camera is great. The dual stereo speakers are nice, but not very loud. If you really must get a Doogee, get the V40 PRO instead. I did, and it's a far better phone. Be advised, Doogee has poor customer service and is unavailable on weekends. Their website barely works and there is no way to register for the warranty. Worst of all, the phone does not really work with Verizon like they say it does. You have to just put your current SIM card in it and not attempt to activate the phone. Just use it.

We did get a carrier in Oregon. The phone looks nice and is heavy like a brick so very sturdy.

Had this phone for a brief period, due to carrier not cooperating. During the time I had the phone It performed admirably and would definitely recommend.
