Amazing
I've been using this for years now as I have issues with dry crust in my nose after a surgery. It helps relieve congestion, is nice and easy to use and is neutral as it's just salt water! The price IS on the high side, as I go through about 3 tins a month, but it's worth it to me.

Prevents congestion after swims
Really works for me when used straight after swimming in pools or fresh water. Rinsing out nasal/oral passage straight after swimming seems to really help prevent later nasal congestion and trouble breathing through my nose which I used to get for up to 24 hours after swimming.

Good, but really expensive.
I love this stuff and I do find it really helps if used daily, multiple times a day, however it's just so expensive! If it was cheaper, I'd probably use all year round for general health, but just can't justify that!
