This is remarkably sturdy. Construction is long, but well documented and very straightforward. I was afraid the fire effect would be odd or fake looking, but it's actually nice. For those wondering, an Xbox X series will fit in the top open shelf. Cable management is well handled for both the top self and side cabinets. Very happy with the purchase.

I love it came on time. It was easy to put together and it works beautifully. Very good deal for the money. Fit my decor perfectly.

So far I'll call this a 5 star product. After researching so many I kept coming back to this because it was most of what I was looking for. While most fireplace TV stands come in two packages this came in only one so beware, it is heavy. It was just me so I had to remove the pieces from the box from my porch into my house for assembly. It says it's a two person assembly and I'm sure it would have made the process faster, but I was able to do it by myself for the most part. It did take me approximately 5 hours to put together though. Follow the directions, take your time, and do what they say... assemble on a blanket or something because I did scratch mine up a bit. All in all, it's a beautiful piece, that provides good heat and bonus...there's a crackling sound from the fireplace.

2/12/26 Defective part and damaged part that they tried to cover up with wood putty. Sent email to support to get replacement or refund so waiting to hear back. Part 17 is missing holes. Part 16 is defective where the holes were misdrilled and filled in with wood putty. 2/13/26 Response from customer support: Hello,thank you for contacting us. I do apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused you. l would like to offer you a TV stand replacement without fireplace to ship to your original address. Please advise. Since this is a unit with a fireplace, there is some ambiguity to the response. Are they offering a different model that does not have a fireplace or is the offer to send a replacement unit except for the fireplace insert? Awaiting the response. But I have to say that responses are very slow (which is why I am also documenting the date of each communication) 2/16/26 Worked with customer support to understand the resolution. They shipped a brand new unit without the fireplace insert. 2/21/26 New unit received. No issues with putting it together (although some of the instructions could be improved to show front/back for some of the illustrations. Unit is solid and the fireplace insert works well (although limited compared to other units which offer different flame color and crackling sounds). Upgraded to 3 stars since the issue was resolved but it is a basic, but solid, unit

First of all I love how this looks. It came with all the parts and a little pouch of extra screws and smaller things like that. The instructions were clear and step by step. The actual heater/ fireplace didn’t work. The flame came on but no heat. It was showing an L4 code I think or L3 but anyways it meant that the heater didn’t work. I called customer service, they asked me to take a pic of the code and email it to them. I did that and in less than a week the new heater arrived. No fuss no muss just it didn’t work and they honored the 1 year warranty. I would most certainly buy from them again.
