Good Bike Trainer for your Bicycle.
Works much better than expected, fitness stores will not carry bike trainers where I live. I only need it for Winter and rainy days. A regular full size exercise bicycle is hard to put away, this is easy and you can take it with you. You get to use your own bike and can use it with older bikes, only the front wheel needs to be removed. You use your own gears to increase resistance during your cycling. Good balance is required! I've used this with my fitness watch and with Apple Fitness+ on my TV.

Design is great. But road tires slip on the rollers causing the rider not to have a smooth cadence.

You have to specific Kate for what kind of bikes they work
Before I order supposed, they say that’s for mountain bikes but they never come like that. That’s the only thing I don’t really like it, but I modified and it worked right now.
