It’s quick, easy to use, and works every single time without struggling to get through the envelope. It makes opening a stack of mail almost effortless. I’m very happy with this purchase and would definitely recommend it!

Love this thing! As soon as you invert the envelope it grabs on and feeds the envelope through! You just need to make sure to keep it pressed tightly to the edge. Love that I don’t have to recharge it, somethings are a pain looking for their cords blah blah blah! This takes 4?AA batteries. Buy this one, it’s worth it, took me 2 minutes to fall in love. Have had it for a few weeks, let’s hope it holds up to the test of time and use! Fingers crossed lol

This is all you need, nothing fancier, to zip a letter open. I have one at work and one at home. Very handy. I don’t know why, but I don’t like opening envelopes. This is actually kind of fun to use.

i saw some of the bad reviews but i figuered i try it anyway and return it if it didn't work. the only real problem is installing the batteries but if you try to put them straight in with some extra force instead of trying to push them in at an angle, it worked for me. it is nice, compact and zips the envelope right through as soon as you get the hang of holding the envelope and the machine correctly then it slices a thin strip off the top of the envelope...perfect. i will use it for 28 days and if it goes bad i will return it. 4 stars because of the bad battery fit.

Before I start with anything I just wanted to say that I don't ever give five stars reviews I'm very picky and I will subtract stars for very small things. On that note I work in a mail sorting facility and this thing gets used daily, even with cheap dollar store batteries it lasted a month and almost 750 letters. This thing is an absolute unit. I can open two letters at a time but I prefer going with one, It gives a perfect cut every time! I've maybe had five letters of those 750 have any damage and all it was was a little tape to fix. When it comes to my job this thing has saved me over 50% or more time compared to regular openers. My tip to avoid any issues is to tap the letter down first then open it after I started doing that I've had zero damage to any of my letters with a perfect cut no less. 12/10 product!

Works fast. slices thin and fast. I would recommend this product if you have to open large amounts of mail.

It works as it advertises. However, it takes a little effort to open the cover and then it'll take A LOTTTTTT of effort to get the batteries in. I tried using different brands & brand new batteries too so it wasn't the battery's issue. The space they made is just too snug/small. I ended up just smashing the batteries in. I'm not sure how long it'll last yet and if I'll be able to get it back out later. For now, it works well. It does help make opening a bunch of mail to prep for shredding easy.
