This product was good, but I was not able to to take it because I am allergic to zinc and it has zinc in it. I thought because it was organic I would not have a issue with it so I was able to give it to someone who used it and said it worked wonderful for them so this product is a good product and I would suggest it to others if they need essential minerals and vitamins to build up their immune system

An acquired taste I've come to love , you can also drizzle in your evening tea /cold or hot , plus coffee . Either way,this blend seems to reset the mineral levels in the blood and biome for clarity of mind with an alertness with out caffeine jitters. Joint pain or ailments? This actually tastes good compared to other resins...it has a slight sweetness to it. It dissolves well even in cold water as long as you stir it for a bit. It seems to be of good quality and definitely worth a try.
