Update: I added 2 more pictures and some feedback from operating the bike. You can see that the bike build quality is excellent. Instructions and the linked video were very helpful in assembling the bike, which was simple anyway. All of the accessories aligned perfectly and work fine (fenders, derailleur, handle bars, brakes, cables, luggage shelf, etc). EV motor is powerful. My wife and I have been trying out both the PAS pedal assist, AND the direct throttle twist grip. The paint job is almost perfect. The tiny chipped paint spots near the chain were from shipping which I described below. I will easily fix with touchup paint. Customer service contacted me within a day to resolve the issue of the paint to my satisfaction. I’m happy with the bike as it is. I can recommend this company Bike was very well packed. Lots of padding and plastic covers to protect the paint. However, from the photo, you can see that the one spot that didn’t have any plastic covering was the right wheel arm. When I unpacked the bike, the chain had come off the sprockets. The chain chipped the nice paint job in the spots shown. Perhaps add a zip tie to the chain or add another cover over this arm? Also, does Cybervelo have any touch up paint? If not, I’ll go to Autozone or Orielly’s and find something close. The bike is very well made. It was a piece of cake to assemble. The tools are a nice feature. Paint job is very nice (except for the dinged paint from the chain). I’m not taking off any stars because we like the bike so much. Runs great.

Great bike lots of fun to ride. Assembly was a breeze took about 1 hour. All tools included with understandable instructions. Very sturdy and comfortable Great bike comfortable and easy to use. I bought this for my wife. The video makes the assembly process very easy. Overall the quality seems great. I had a bad seat bolt and the battery cover was broken so it wouldn’t stay locked in. I emailed customer service and got and answer almost immediately and both parts were sent the next day. It was such a great interaction. The first ride was great. I will follow up when we have more miles on it.

The bike arrived in a tightly packed box with no damage. It was the first time that I assembled an e-bike. I installed the front wheel and discovered that the fork was shipped backwards. No problem. I made the switch and continued with the assembly. When I attempted to install the headlight and front fender, I discovered that the threads on the fork were stripped. I am mechanically inclined and have a large assortment of tools. I had to tap out the hole and use a larger screw to install the fender and headlight. No problem for me but, it may be a problem for someone else. I completed the project and so far everything looks great. I purchased the bike for my wife for Christmas. I want to ride it first to insure that everything operates properly before I let her ride it. However, living in the north and we have a lot of snow on the ground, I haven’t had a chance to ride it. I put it on a stand and checked the operation and everything was working. I would give it 5 stars but I had to tap out that hole.

We bought two of these bikes and we love them. The assembly, following the video was not complicated. The bikes look great, are comfortable and are a lot of fun to ride. The LCD display is well laid out, the gears shift smoothly and the power assist is smooth and quiet. One bike arrived with a slightly damaged front wheel from transit. I contacted customer service, sent a photo, and within 24 hours a new front wheel was being shipped to me. My wife and I love our new cybervelo ebikes and highly recommend them. They are a great value for the money.

I purchased the EK7 upgrade that includes the larger battery and color screen. Assembly was pretty easy. I love that includes all the tools you need and the instruction manual is very good. This bike is a great value because it has many features that a lot of more expensive bikes don't have. It includes both an headlight and a taillight, and a nice screen to monitor your miles, speed, and battery life. The seat is very comfortable and has a built in shock absorber. The front forks also have shocks. I had some minor issues with some damage to the bike during shipping. The customer service was 5-star. They responded quickly and got me what I needed to get the bike completed. I haven't ridden it enough or on hilly terrain to comment on the battery life, but it's definitely powerful. I started out in PAS 3, on flat surface and had to reduce it to PAS 1 (3 was way too fast). I am impressed with the quality of the bike build. It rivals bikes that cost up $1000 more. I would definitely recommend this to others. I added a phone holder and mirror.

This is great e-bike for the cost. Assembly was not too difficult. But took a little time and effort. After assembly, took for a test run and had to fine tune assembly for seat and controls. The bike is easy to handle, runs very smooth through the pedal assist modes. Front and rear breaks work great. Plan on purchasing another one very soon.

I really enjoy the ride on the bike and I think it’s worth the price. It’s well made and a good quality bike.
