Worked great for my purpose but not strong enough for fridge ...
I didn't use it for printing just for the magnetic sheets. Worked great for my purpose but not strong enough for fridge magnets.

This was the option I should have chosen first.
I purchased some magnetic paper from staples before buying this. This paper is easier to print on, the image looks good, and the printer doesn't feed this along with other sheets, which with the staples printer, it did! We use these for magnets I like to print out for the fridge, and also we use them for fun name plates on cruises doors. Just be careful when you try to remove them from a surface it is attached to magnetically. It is a little thin and can rip if you aren't gentle in your removal.

Incredible!
I can't even tell you how "wowed" I was by this paper! I had previously purchased another brand that was far inferior. When I needed more, I ordered the ProMag paper because it was less expensive. Imagine my surprise when the colors were a million times sharper, the ink did not smudge, and the shine on the surface was perfection. I ended up throwing away the magnets I printed with the other paper and printing them again on this.

almost identical to Staples magnetic sheets
pros: very high quality printing, no smudgingcons: flimsy, not pure whiteI just did the same printing on Staples and ProMag.Both are the same thickness which is very thin - the measurements in the product description for these Promag magnet sheets is wrong, the thickness is .008 inches or 8 mil - if you search the product number in google other descriptions list it correctly.I tried another brand that is 23 mil - I like a thicker magnet because although these thin ones stick to the fridge, they might curl over time, I'm not sure I will be watching them - the thick magnets are very rigid in comparison and these are flimsy. 23 mil is nice but probably 16 would be adequate. The printing on both brands is great - no smudging, very clear. the ProMag is very slightly better than the staples but its so slight they both are top-notch with regards to details. I have a Canon Pixma pro-100 and I used settings for glossy photo paper and high quality printing. Some colors print darker than the photoshop file but I think this can be tweaked in the settings.I have been handling these magnets and they do not smudge at all - they can be played with and moved around and it's fine. The thick (23mil) magnet sheets I bought - the white of the paper is pure white. The staples and promag the white is not pure white. You can see, very slightly, the grayish color that is the magnet behind the paper showing through. For most purposes it doesn't matter I guess. I wish the paper was a pure white though, it would look really great if that were the case. I'm not sure if that exists though. If you print colors over all the white it would make no difference...Unfortunately that thick, pure white magnet sheet printed terribly. The magnet strength is enough for the fridge. the staples and promag have the same strength. They cut very easily. So far these ProMag are my favorite, but I am still going to look for a magnet sheet that is thicker than 8 mil, and whiter.

Magnet is weak, disappointing
Although the print quality on the magnet sheets was acceptable, the magnet was weak and tended to curl away from the surface on which it was stuck. I bought this to make a home-made advent calendar using a 24-cup muffin tin, and I had to scrap the whole project. The magnet pieces fell right off the muffin tin and barely stayed in place on our refrigerator. I have a couple of extra sheets left over and can't think of a suitable use for them. Disappointed, to say the least.

I was amazed at how well this surface reproduced a photograph
We used it for "save the date" magnets to send to our family and friends for a variety of special events that are coming up. I was amazed at how well this surface reproduced a photograph. I did not expect that type of color rendition or clarity at all. This is an excellent product.

Not as usefull as I expected.
Not as useful in my office as I thought it would be. Not sure if it's because of the printer or these pages, but I have to feed them one at a time which makes using them cumbersome. I have found that they do support their weight when put onto a metal cabinet, but will not if there is separation between the metal and the label, i.e. a piece of paper is placed under this label to be held up. The print on these looks good.

Paper too thin, not sturdy enough, doesn't magnet properly.
Terrible quality, as other reviewers mentioned, the edges curl up and the magnetic strength is really weak. Tried to make a bunch of magnets to sell at a craft fair and none of them were acceptable. Cost me a lot of wasted money in the cost of this item, and the cost of the stickers I printed to affix. It's a shame, because the ProMag brand is one that I've used before and loved! I think it's just this specific product that doesn't work, though. The sheet is too thin I think. I have some of the thicker magnet paper (comes in a 3 pack, I think), and the magnets I made out of that 5 years ago are still working perfectly. Don't cheap out on the thin paper, it doesn't work - definitely go for the thicker kind.

Damaged and disappointing quality.
The material itself is very flimsy and will not hold anything, cool to just put images on your fridge ( if you can get it to stay on your fridge) , but not very purposeful. As well my sheets came damaged, the front sheet has the magnetic part torn, as did the paper on the side of the sheet next to it. Over all I was pretty disappointed.
