This is a good option for magnesium if you don't take the full recommended daily allowance. These are listed as high strength but actually you can take up to 3 tablets, in which case it would last less than a month. Apart from that, the product itself works fine and has a similar effect on relaxation and sleep to other brands I've tried.

while these arent as strong as other brands AND you take up to 3 a day the value isnt as good as some other ones you can buy. however they are easy on the stomach and easy to swallow. They carry well if you need to travel somewhere and isn't bulky like some other brands who use a plastic tub.I like them - but it'd be nice if they had a higher strenght so the 60 capsules last you longer - right now even though I take only 2 the pack lasts for a month which isn't a lot

I didn't notice an immediate feeling of drowsiness with this when taking this product in the evening. I am aware that magnesium is also reported to help aid better sleep. I have to say the past three nights I've fallen asleep within an half an hour or so after only 14 to 15 hours awake. Normally it can take me an hour to an hour and an half to fall asleep.The other positive over the past three nights is, I normally wake after 5 hour sleep at night and struggle to go back to sleep. However that three nights I've slept for 7 hours solid. Something that is very rare for me.I will continue to use this product and hopefully the nights of a decent long undisturbed sleep will continue.

I have been pleased to sample and test these Nuke Nutrition Magnesium Glycinate capsules.The most immediate impact was the boost to my sleeping pattern inasmuch that I slept longerand without interruption. This fact alone I feel gave my overall health a boost that I was morerefreshed and felt better.They are easy to consume, odourless and are effective. Magnesium is an essential mineral and ithelps enormously when it is presented in this format.Would certainly buy again. Recommended.

I generally take magnesium glycinate at bedime for sleep. This brand is actually a lower strength than some other brands I have tried - you have to take 3 tablets to get the recommended daily dose. As there are 60 tablets in a packet, this is only a 20 day supply. The tablets are not too large and so are easy to swallow and there is no aftertaste with them. But you may not be wanting to take 3 tablets a day to get your daily dose.

The type used in this supplement is easy for the body to absorb. Glycine is also an amino acid which stimulates the body to produce the hormone Serotonin (the feel good hormone).I have used Nuke Nutrition supplements for many months and found the brand to be trustworthy. They are always in pouch format which is easy to store and are usually good value. This was no exception priced at £6 for 60 capsules, working out at around 10p each.I supplement magnesium to assist with sleep, although there are other benefits to this essential electrolyte which includes bone health and heart function. The stated dosage is three capsules per day with your first meal, but I find one capsule 30-45 minutes before bed is enough for my individual needs as I also use with a magnesium elemental spray. You can overdose on magnesium which causes toxicity in the body, so take the stated dosage seriously and never over-supplement.
