It works great for us!
Ive had this for a few weeks in my kitchen, I have two English bulldogs that shed alot and come in and out, i run this 3 times a day and my floors always look like i just mopped. Very easy to set up and havent had any technical issues. Love it!

Best robot vacuum
I’ve had numerous Roombas and this blows them away. The technology is amazing, the app works perfectly and with the LIDAR it is super efficient and cleans thoroughly.

Does not work
Does not work, requires cell phone, requires installation of large cell phone app, wanton collection of personal data, cannot connect to cell phone. After spending an hour and a half trying to get this thing to work I gave up and returned it. The "privacy policy" for the app (required to control the vacuum) runs for five or eight screens and is clearly an authorization to collect your personal information and sell it to data brokers. It would not connect to an Android cell phone.DO NOT BUY!

Pretty impressive
The Mova S10 Plus Robot Vacuum is my first robot vacuum and I'm pretty impressed. I've resisted getting a robot vacuum because it all seemed so complicated. I'm not any kind of tech wizard and was afraid setup would be a pain. I'd also heard so many people complain about their robots getting stuck or not doing the job.As far as the setup, it went really well. I had no problems getting it to work with my wifi and no problems setting up the app. After the initial charge, it did take me a minute to figure out how to get the initial mapping started (see "not a tech wizard" comment - this is probably a no brainer for most people). The only error on the map was where the Mova mapped through my sliding glass door, and that was easily edited in the app.The initial cleaning took a bit over an hour and a half and used 23% of the battery. The Mova picked up the majority of the visible debris on the hard floors and carpet. I need to tweak the map a bit to get it to work better around some stools, but that's user error on my part. It was also very good at avoiding random items like a pair of shoes left by a door. When it does bump something, it's a gentle bump and not a clunking thud. The mopping feature isn't really a good mopping - it's more like wiping with a damp cloth. Mopping is something I'd prefer to do myself (with soap!), so that's not a deal breaker for me at all. If nothing else, the dry mop pad does pick up very fine dust and get it off the floor. One thing that really impressed me was the variable suction of this vacuum. Throughout the vacuumed area, I have hard tile floors, thin throw rugs, a thicker area rug, some textured tile medallions and heavy rubbery entry rugs. Depending on the surface, the Mova would increase the suction to do the job. It did have a bit of an issue getting up on one of the heavy entry rugs, but that's a relatively small area and not a huge concern.I do wish this vacuum had a bagless canister that could just be emptied. It comes with one bag installed and a second backup - it would be nice to not have to think about reordering bags when the time comes. Of course, the bag is probably better at keeping in dust, so that's a bit of a win/lose depending on your own preferences. All in all, I'd recommend this vacuum. It seems sturdy and well made (time will tell), the interface isn't complex enough to intimidate a fairly average user like me, and it does a decent job of vacuuming. I'll still need to vacuum and mop, but for just keeping on top of the daily debris of life, this is going to be a huge help.

Keeping it clean
This was VERY easy to setup to get started. Basically clip on the ramp, plug it in and set the vacuum in its charging spot. From there it's really like most any other robot vacuum on the market in this price range. You can push the clean button or use the app to get detailed on where to or where not to clean as well as a plethora of cleaning options. It came with 1 bag installed in the base unit as well as 1 spare bag so this should keep you going for a good while. It took me a little while to figure out the mop water situation. It's a small container underneath the top cover of the vacuum itself. You just take it out and fill it up. There is no dirty water bin so it only puts out a small amount of water along the way. You could spend quite a bit more and get one that is more aggressive with the mopping and has dirty water collection but at this price point I think it's pretty good.It navigated the area it cleaned really well. I remember having an earlier generation name brand version that would ram full speed ahead into everything. It was very annoying. This is very delicate with no ramming. It seems to know its surroundings very well. The pictured rug did give it some trouble. It went around about 50% of the rug until if finally go the nerve to get on it, then it proceeded to vacuum the rug and continue on.It found itself around really well, not getting stuck on a few potential issue points and successfully avoided falling down stairs so i'd say it's a big win.You may want to pick up some spare cleaning mop heads, I prefer having an extra 1 or 2 so they can go through the wash. The instructions were slightly irritating, though I did eventually get through it. The issue was it says to scan the QR code to get the app, then within the app to scan it again, but in doing this i just received an error and the app does not have this version listed. The app does however have a version that looks like this one but it does not work when clicked. In a separate set of instructions it has you power it on then hold the 2 outer buttons to put it into a connection mode, connect to its wifi and then the app takes over. This worked well and took only a few minutes. It would have saved a lot of time and frustration if this was the only way mentioned.Seems great at light duty cleaning, perfect for those in between times to keep things tidy. The app is VERY similar to a name brand version i've used before.I've included pictures of the last cleaning job, took 65 minutes to clean 465 sq/ft and it took 47% of the battery. There was about 10% of the water remaining as well so probably enough to get through around 500 sq/ft. For hard floors you will run out of water before battery.Overall it seems really great for light duty work!
