Had this about 1mo. I had a different brand that was awful in every sense. So let me tell how great this model is- Pros - it maps and holds the map without losing it or clearing it, I have custom order activated so it cleans the rooms in a certain order, then it still has over half its battery life still available after cleaning most of my 1550 sqft home. Setup was very easy. Please note: I only vacuum and don’t have it mop. I have a dog so it has more than dust to pick up. Also happy that it goes places like under the couch and I don’t have to. Don’t find any dog hair so vacuuming great. Some people talked about noise but let me tell you what it’s about - if vacuuming carpet the motor will get louder due to the increase in suction needed, and this will happen on a runner or area rugs. If you have just tile or LV floors then you might think it got lost somewhere and need to look at the map to see where it is. I am super happy with it. No Cons at this point. 4/25- still loving this but wanted to mention another item I love- you flip up a slim door on the top of the vacuum to get to the dust bin which means you don’t have the pick it up to get access, which is brilliant. I stop it in my kitchen, and empty the dust bin in my trash and then unpause. So so smart.

We were upgrading from a 5 year robot vac from anther company. I was skeptical if we could get a vac a good as our old one for such a great price....and I was wrong...it's way better! It has far better suction, lidar and a mop. While maybe not the top of line version of the features, they are all features I didn't have and make for a far better cleaning/owner experience.

Great mopping job. Gives my vinyl plank flooring a nice sheen I didn’t know it had. I just used tap water and a clean mop. I ordered a few extra mop pads from Amazon just to have. The dirty mop cleaned easily with Dawn and then I set aside to dry while I put a clean dry one on and ready for the next time. They adhere with Velcro and you may pick up lots of debris if you don’t have a pad in place. I knew I had a winning machine when my wife saw the floor and said this was a good purchase! I scheduled it to clean my house the other day and it did 1188 sq ft in 128 minutes. I’m pretty sure it still had almost 30% battery left but doesn’t matter, it’ll go back, charge up, and continue where it left off. I used the app to close off my wife’s sewing room- no machine is ready for that! And my grandson’s room- I didn’t see any PPE accessories currently available. No camera on this but I didn’t need one and will try to figure out if I even want one in the future. I like the idea of onboard water for mop heads but then having the dirty water smell to deal with didn’t excite me. I’ve heard people use mouthwash or efferent to deal with the odor but maybe when I upgrade. The self empty option on the S10+ might be the only upgrade I’d make at the current time but I’m still at the stage I like to see how much it picks up. This little robot is perfect for me. Very little to mess with, does a great job, has all the features I want currently, and did a great job mapping my house. The app is pretty intuitive even for a guy like me. I love this thing!

Love the robot overall, app is super friendly and easy to navigate. Mapping was pretty quick and automatically refreshes when needed. Only issue is that the s10 has trouble docking correctly 100% of the time. 5/10 success rate.

It was easy to set up (except for the fact that the dirt box is under a flap that you don't even know exists because it's so integrated into the machine.) I love the fact that it doesn't get stuck under the furniture. I literally replaced another brand that was only a year-old one because I was tired of rescuing it. It cleans pretty well but I would have liked two of those little brushes because I tend to track a lot of leaves in the house and it doesn't always get them. So far it finds its way back to the base. Lots of reviews saying that this fails quickly. I'll take my chances. It's only loud when it's going over the carpet which tells me that it's working to get to the dirt. I like the way it Wiggles during the washing phase. I couldn't understand how that could be useful, but it works. Not as well as if you do the job yourself with a proper mop, but better than nothing. Fingers crossed that it doesn't lose its way back to the base any time soon.

I don’t even write reviews, but if you’re in the market for a robot vaccum go ahead and purchase this one. The vaccum and mop is the best and I’ve had the iRobot and shark brand and this beats both of them. It’s the best!

My favorite out of 4 of these robots I own. She’s so smart and cautious . Her cleaning performance is astonishing. She has very good mapping if she stops at a area she comes back to it to continue cleaning .

I’m very disappointed with the Mova S10 Robot Vacuum. Setup was straightforward, and the app was easy to install, but the performance has been extremely frustrating. After leaving it on the charger for three days, it only reached 58%. During its first use, it ran less than an hour before returning to the dock at 10%. Since then, it won’t charge past 30%, despite thoroughly troubleshooting—cleaning contacts, checking placement, resetting the unit, and verifying firmware. Nothing has resolved the issue. For a brand-new product, this is unacceptable and does not come close to the advertised 260-minute runtime. I expected reliability and convenience, but instead spent my weekend trying to fix something that should work out of the box. Based on my experience, this appears to be either a defective battery or charging system. I cannot recommend this product in its current condition.

This little robot has changed my life. It does an exceptional job in moping and vacuuming. I love that I can set the direction of my hardwood planks to avoid streaking. Love the schedule function and the auto detect for carpets. My house has never been cleaner! This little guy has saved me hours of cleaning my large home and given me time back to spend with my family. Thank you! I can't say enough good things about it - its packed with amazing features. I'll be looking to upgrade in the future, but mova has my full confidence! Exceptional product. Update 2 months later: still loving it and bought an upgraded one (p20 pro ultra) for my main floor. This guy does my upstairs daily. Has been consistently great. Only issue I've had is that the water tank has cracked near the plug where water goes in. Looking for a replacement.

Sleek design and can be tucked in under our nightstand, which saves so much space. The quick mapping process was easy, accurate and smooth process. The Dreame app is easy to use. This makes cleaning a breeze especially underneath beds and other furniture. Hair does not get entangled in the brush. The mop pad is washable and the water tank capacity is more than sufficient for cleaning one floor in our 1700 sqft home. The robot is also smart in detecting carpet and automatically lifts the mop and adjusts suction. Not advisable to use in smaller bath rugs as they move when robot goes through them. Overall, this product is excellent and impressive for this price range. May 2025 update: Purchased another one for another floor level in my home. This has the best suction power and multiple features for this price range. I love the carpet adaptation and carpet boost features, keeping the white carpet always tidy. The vacuum can get stuck in certain areas and you can set those as "no-go" zones. The only concern I have is having multiple devices in the app. When I added the new device, it deleted the previous one. I searched and found that you could only link one device per account, but you can use the device sharing to be able to access both. Could have been made more user-friendly in that aspect, but not everyone has multiple devices and there is a workaround so it's alright. Otherwise, I would highly recommend this product!

This thing is great. It rarely ever gets confused. Does a good job cleaning and even a pretty good job mopping. Are there better robot vacuums around? Sure. Are there better robot vacuums around at this price point? Highly unlikely. You get a lot of features you normally pay a lot more to get and it definitely doesn't seem like they cut any corners to get there. I highly doubt you will find a better robot vacuum in this price range.

I found a great deal on a robot that didn’t cost me a lot. Easy instructions make it simple to connect the robot to my WiFi. The app is user-friendly, and most importantly, the vacuum works very well. I haven’t tried the mopping function. ***Updated Review*** From 5 to 4 stars - After four months of using the S10, I noticed that it doesn’t pick up most of the hair on the carpet. I still haven’t used the mopping function, but since the unit can’t lift the mop, the cloth underneath it collects all the dirt and hair. You might not want to run it while watching TV because the vacuum is quite loud.
