You can definitely count on Zebra. I use it comercially, we print over 500 labels per day. It just works.

This printer is a bit on the pricey side, especially for a refreshed item, but man does it work well. Compatible with pretty much any kind of label roll and has a great crisp print to it. It's exceptionally not-user-friendly, mostly because it takes a good bit of understanding various label types to manually configure it to work with whatever you use, but if you are spending this much on a label printer that's probably not a huge ordeal for you.

Buy one and it’ll be obsolete long before it wears out. Zebra printers are built like printers were all built forty or fifty years ago, and are comfortable in a retail or commercial environment. They’d be overkill for most people’s home use. But— if you print a lot of labels or receipts, this is worth the investment. I fully expect mine to outlive both the computer it’s connected to and me. It’s built like a tank and I have long experience with this brand, and thus complete faith.

The print head quit working within the first week of use. Apparently a problem with the lot number.

Very satisfied with this printer, fast set up about 20-30 minutes, printing is fast and it prints almost any label we had here, buying a second one!
