The star rating is for the seller, for their help and communication. I give a zero rating to the changed cat food, Whiskas have created a huge problem by changing the product and ingredients. None of my seven cats will eat the new type, and it's an issue being experienced by numerous cat owners, Whiskas has made a serious mistake, and have received large numbers of complaints about this, including from myself
