meh flavor, gummies stuck
The flavor of the gummies is very meh. Not quite berry, not quite licorice, not quite generic fruit. It's not bad, per se, but it is definitely not good. A second issue I have is that the gummies are all stuck to each other. I have to reach in and pull out a clump, then peel them apart to get a single gummy. I've only been taking them for a week, so no noticeable effects on my health yet.

It's sticky business, but dagGumm-ie worth it.
I like that I am getting a lot of the super foods, I usually do separately, in one gummy. The taste is not bud popping on the tongue, but it's not bad either. I do like the convenience and the large container that lasts months, if you take one a day. I think the square lid design is a bit of a pain to open and close, but that's manageable. Be super careful, because the gummies stick together and you may be consuming 1-3 at a time, rather than just one dose. I don't know if i can say it's properties are working in my system, but if you read what each super food can do, know it certainly is worth a try. The price point is good for the amount and quality you receive. Go get stuck on something healthy.
