LOVE LOVE LOVE! Absolutely delicious soy milk with CLEAN ingredients. How crazy is that? No weird fillers or gums or loads of sugar. It is super fresh and tasty! It’s great alone, sweetened at home with allulose or monkfruit, in lattes(froths very well), or used as 1:1 replacement for animal milk. I love this, and I will continue to buy! I am Asian, so I’m very picky about my soy milk. I grew up drinking Yeo brand soy milk, but was saddened to see the amount of sugar and additives in it as Ive gotten older. This scratches the itch without the junk, and actually tastes like quality soy milk! AND it’s organic! Soy milk has tons of benefits, don’t ever let people scare you about soy. Breast cancer runs in my family, and phytoestrogens from soy can actually help prevent it and help balance estrogen problems as us women age. Men benefit too, but I dont want this review to get too much longer. Plus, soy milk is great if you’re trying to build muscle because of the protein content! Use discernment when reading negative things about soy! Cow milk is far more harmful and has hormones that actually do negatively impact the body. Leave the cow milk to the baby cows. This is the best unsweetened soymilk around. I always keep a pack handy for those times I want to make yogurt or if I don’t have time to make home made soymilk. It is delicious and tastes amazing. I use this for bechamel sauce for vegan lasagne, and for mixing with nutritional yeast and arrowroot powder for soy cheese sauces or queso. I do think you have to try it to understand how you can substitute soymilk in almost anything calling for milk. This product contains no additives and no sugar, long shelf life and perfect consistency.

Very impressed with this soy milk! I've been trying to find a reliable, high-protein soy milk that isn't loaded with artificial preservatives, sugar, and additives for a few years. In walks Eden Soy. Tastes delicious on its own and love that there's literally TWO ingredients - water and soy beans. This milk is also an excellent option for home baristas looking for non-dairy options for espresso/tea beverages and it froths surprisingly well at a lower temperature setting with a pinch of baking soda.

I have ordered this product many times and I’m always satisfied. This is the best organic unsweetened, soy milk I have ever tried. It also foams well so I can make excellent lattes.

I tried to make tofu with it, but I think the soymilk is too watery to coagulate. I am sure it is good soymilk, but do not try to make tofu with it.

Best tasting, cleanest soy milk. High protein. Unsweetened.
