Is not quiet, is not glow in the dark.
I suppose you really get what you pay for. My wife just wanted something small, with glow in the dark hands and face, that is quiet. Didn't realise it was coming from China, and it took 3 weeks! Yes it has an alarm and tells the time......disappointed
