Meet 'Wedgey': The Only Thing Keeping Me Sane After My Achilles Went Rogue
My Achilles tendon recently decided to spontaneously self-destruct, leaving me couch-bound for what feels like 87 years (okay, 45 days, but who's counting?). My initial attempts at leg elevation involved a complex, structurally unsound pyramid of decorative throw pillows. It wasn't pretty. My leg deserved better. I deserved better. Then, the LightEase Adjustable Leg Pillow arrived, like a navy-blue angel of ergonomic support. I've named him 'Wedgey'. Wedgey is now my constant companion, my confidante, my elevated overlord. Why Wedgey Rocks:He Listens (to my leg's needs): The adjustability is fantastic. Some days my leg wants the penthouse view, other days just a modest bungalow elevation. Wedgey adapts without complaint. Crucial for keeping swelling down and blood flowing happily post-surgery.Memory Like an Elephant (Foam): The memory foam is divine. It cradles my leg, knee, hip, and ankle area perfectly. It remembers my shape but doesn't hold grudges (unlike my Achilles). It distributes pressure evenly, which is a godsend when you're basically fused to furniture.Doesn't Get Tired: Unlike me holding my leg up, Wedgey provides unwavering support, 24/7. He doesn't complain, doesn't shift unexpectedly, doesn't ask "are we there yet?". He just... elevates. Reliably.Pain's Kryptonite: Seriously, the difference in pain and swelling management between 'Pillow Mountain Fail' and 'Wedgey Wins' is night and day. Proper support and elevation = less throbbing = slightly less desire to throw things at the TV.Life with Wedgey:Wedgey has witnessed my descent into daytime soap operas, my questionable snack choices at 2 AM, and my attempts to master the art of one-legged showering (spoiler: it's not art, it's chaos). Through it all, he remains steadfast, providing silent, foam-based encouragement.Final Verdict:If you're recovering from surgery (especially leg stuff like an Achilles rupture!), injury, or just need some serious, comfortable elevation, get this pillow. Stop the pillow suffering. Embrace the Wedge(y). 10/10 would recommend to fellow members of the temporarily-busted-leg club.

Made with comfort.
I purchased this pillow to use after my foot surgery. The pillow has been great to prop my foot in for comfort.

Never fully inflated
Loved the idea of this for my husband who just broke his leg and also has a permanently broken ankle and keeps it elevated at night. This comes in a vacuum sealed package and it says it will be fully inflated in 24 hours. Ours never fully inflated. It stayed kinda flat. We were desperate so we kept it and added some pillows to help. It's very soft and comfortable against your skin.

Exactly what I needed
Just had total knee replacement. I tried stacking pillows to elevate feet above heart level—too complicated. This is perfect. My knees are supposed to be straight while elevated, so I need to add one pillow on top, use the handles to pull the angled part right up to my thighs, and I’m perfectly supported. The firmness of the foam is excellent too. Well thought out, well made. Makes doing the ice-and-elevate easy.

Just what need!
I read the reviews and am very happy with this product. I will be in need of it next week after a foot surgery, so have not actually used it as a leg rest. This week I am using it as a bolster to sit up in bed and it works great!
