Excellent scooter, but heavier and faster than I expected!
UPDATE 2 (5 STARS): the customer support reached out and made things right by sending spare parts and repair instructions. They deserve 5 stars for their service quality. UPDATE 1 (2 STARS): after just one month of ownership, I am bumping this scooter way down in rating. After the very first ride, the right-side indicator LED on the handbar has gone dim (see photos). I am also finding the range of the scooter to be about half of the advertised range at ~10 miles, which is disappointing. I weigh about 190lbs and ride on mostly flat roads, so that's disappointing to me. I have tried to contact the manufacturer and if they do not respond, then I will initiate a return. ORIGINAL REVIEW (5 STARS): I got this scooter to make my commute more bearable and I think this one will do just fine. The scooter feels solid and well-built, granted I have only had it for a few hours. The assembly is simple, though be careful pulling it out of the box it comes in because you could accidentally damage the break wire. The lights are very bright, especially the turn indicators, which will be good for safety. I weighed the scooter and it measured 29.9lbs for me, which is a little higher than advertised but it's acceptable to me. I will say this: turns out 30lbs is quite heavy! I'm 5'8" 190lbs and reasonably in shape, even so I was surprised at how heavy this thing was. I can get it up the stairs relatively easily, but it's by no means "light". Now I'm really glad I didn't go for a heavier scooter! There are four drive modes. In ECO, it'll do 10MPH. In D, it will do 15MPH. In S mode, I managed to hit 18MPH though only momentarily before dropping back to 17MPH. This was another surprise for me. 18MPH was WAY faster than I thought! Again, it made me very glad I didn't dish out more money for a faster scooter because 18MPH feels scary enough! Over all, I highly recommend this scooter for a commuter. I haven't tested the range just yet, but so far it seems to live up to the marketing claims so I'm happy! Let's hope it lasts!

Top of the line scooter in its class!
Way better price than competitor makes of the same or similar design. Great speed. 18mph is fact. For a heavy weight like me (200+ lbs) it certainly struggles to lug me up a moderately steep hill (20ยฐ or 30ยฐ incline), but on a flat surface or low hills, it has no problem getting up to 18mph. No issues uphill or downhill for my 80lb child. It holds plenty of charge to run all day unlike the prior one that would last a couple of hours. The brakes are fantastic and very responsive and I love the brake light. Very nice and bright headlight. Easy controls and the Bluetooth connectivity to the Ivanti app is a nice touch. Super happy with this purchase at almost a year in (bought November 2024).

Perfect Scooter for Tweens and Adults
Our daughter absolutely loves this scooter and we love it due to the dependability of it and the corresponding app allowing us to determine max speed. Charges great and easy to transport when not in use.

Great little electric scooter
I purchased it to get me to work about 3 miles away I'd say it's pretty quick topping out at about 18 mph it is fun to ride. The ability to have turn signals, cruise control and lock the scooter down remotely is a really nice feature.

It's strong, durable and smooth to ride. Battery is great so far.
Got this today. Although I haven't used it for a long time yet I'm pretty impressed. I had one of those Unagi scooters, actually I've had two of them before so I'm only have those to compare this to. This is So much better to use than the unagi scooters. Everything about this scooter from the quality of it the durability the smoothness and your ride because they both have the fake wheels. It has more options and features including the app which my scooter didn't have. Cruise control is a nice feature too. And so far the battery seems to be so much better than unagi. A few miles and unagi was dying every time. Both of the ones that I had. I think it was the e500 or something like that. So this one is pretty cheap and price to quality of the scooter itself is very strong and terrible It's easy to use Rights nicely and I love it so far. We'll see if it stays that way.

Safe, high quality construction electric scooter
High quality, safe, wide foot board, strong and heavy, smooth ride and sufficient power to travel up and down hills. Five minute assembly. Would definitely buy again. Grandkids, 8 and 10, had no trouble figuring out controls in just a few minutes. Came charged!

Best scooter out of multiple I have tried.
This happened and I wrote the following review. I contacted Amazon instead of store, because I did not realize that Amazon shipped the scooter: As soon as I received it I could see that it had been repackaged. 1st warning? As I slowly opened it the packing inside made it clear it had been unpacked before and repackaged. I proceeded putting the scooter together. Scanned the app symbol which took me to a non existent web domain. Called Amazon who helped me go to Invanti app from play store and got it after much difficulty. Despite everything it took to hook into the app. The scooter motor never worked. The lights, and adjustment panel all brightly lit the motor still never worked. I charged until charger was green, about an hour. And the motor/accelerator never worked. Amazon Customer was ready to call it defective before I was. I kept trying everything. Yes, I hooked up power at the handle bars before putting them on. Fact is, it was sent back once already for not working and it was resold to me defective by Amazon. Very much threw my plans in the toilet. I purchased just to be able to get to businesses within a 2 mile radius of where I live. Unable to get my money back for 14 to 30 days. So, I have to wait until then to order another. Update: Amazon never took responsibility, but the Customer Service at the store gave me the wonderful opportunity to test this scooter even though I had already replaced it with another brand. I can honestly say this is a superior scooter to the Roinside that I purchased. The shocks makes all the difference in the world to me because of my back problem. It's important with all scooters to get used to how strong the brakes are on all scooters. These are very good and take some getting used to. It is so much smoother that the Roinside, slightly bigger, goes faster in the first 2 setting, but equally fast in 3rd gear. I love it and am very thankful to the Awesome Customer service the Invanti Store on Amazon provides. No one compares. Thanks

Good buy when on sale.
I got this as a means of transportation since I do not have a car. I've been using this as my daily commuter for a little under a full year and there are a few things I'd like to touch up on about this. The first thing I noticed is that even though it is a lower wattage scooter at 350w, it can still get you moving. I weigh about 200lbs and it still gets up to it's max speed (18mph) relatively quick. Do not be fooled by the mileage they say it gets though! You can get good mileage on the lowest setting that being ECO mode however you will be very slow. I only ever use this on Sport mode as that is the quickest mode but the mileage for this is atrocious. I can only get around 5 miles give or take a mile depending on terrain when on sport mode. It functions as listed, it can get you from point A to point B no problem as long as it is in range. It has a sleek look that doesn't stand out amongst competitors but still has a few nice touches. The LED display being a nice touch, it has a few symbols on the "dash" that are nice. Such as when it gets too hot, a temperature gauge will shop up on the dash. It doesn't weigh very much, it's light enough for me to carry up and down a flight of stairs or the one time I had to carry it to work lol. I've only put it down twice and it hasn't sustained any damage so far which is nice. I put it through hell and back with how many miles it has already, rain, heavy rain, dirt, it doesn't mind it. As one last touch, the folding ability on this is nice with just one caveat. The locking pin that holds the latch in place did come loose so I do have to readjust it sometimes which is a bit annoying.

Great little scooter
So far this scooter is exactly as described! The turn signals are a bit gimmicky but they work and do what they are intended to do. This is great for kids. I think it would suit some adult needs but if you are relying on it as a comuter ride id suggest leveling up to something more than a 350W motor.

Speed and battery life dying quick, but customer service fixed it!
At first it was amazing but now after a few months the speed is half on sport mode and it dies half the distance now. Still enjoyable but I know I'll need a new battery which I feel Invanti should repair or replace. Update: After being contacted by Invanti customer service they have provided all the servicing to repair for free and the scooter will soon be working at full capacity as rarely a battery is defective and it happens, but the service I received was above and beyond. I'm extremely happy with the results.

Scooter not meant for commuting to work
It is a horrendous to ride to work. I want to return it and get a scooter that was meant to be ridden to and from work. Very disappointing .
