Think about how close you will be positioning the camera to your subject area and whether you need the more powerful infrared.The 5610A also allows you to capture 1080P video with audio or 12MP photos (interpolated from 5MP). The built in sensors will trigger the camera whenever there is movement within the camera view.The Ltl Acorn 5610A can capture video and/or photos day or night and will record on board to an SD card (not supplied, 32G max). Wanted it to watch the hedgehogs at night in our garden, and it's prefect for the job. The only reason I have given it 4 stars instead of 5 is that sometimes it seems to either 'forget' or re-set its timer settings, and they have to be re-set - but really this is no big deal, the settings are quick and easy to do.
