Great Product!
These are great so far. The strength, stretchability, length, and quality of the bands are all top notch for the price. The resistance is great and very effective for working out. I would recommend these to anyone looking for a cost-effective solution to higher priced traditional weight-based systems

Straps & grips are great but I hate the tiny carabiners
The bands themselves work fine and the handgrips are quite nice. I like the poster with descriptions of various exercises, too. Unfortunately the really small carabiners are difficult to manipulate and they cause the straps to bunch up, for which I am taking away a star.Also, what's with the weird, hard ball in the kit?!

Great Bands
These bands were exactly what I needed. I had ordered bands from another site, but they were of low quality and all had the same resistance level. However, these bands are exactly as advertised. A 60-lb band is truly 60 lbs. This product is exactly what I needed and expected.

Well worth the money!
I bought these to compliment my stationary bicycle and vertical climber as I am currently in Cardiac rehabilitation. Last September, I took a day off of work after working 7 months straight and was SO BORED I had a heart attack! So, as that was a wake up call, I have to change the way I live, eat and work. Exercise is the best start.I purchased the 200 lb set out of machismo, thinking it would be easy. WRONG! To my chagrin I found out that I am TOTALLY out of shape, probably couldn't fight my way out of a wet paper sack without stroking out!Through naive enthusiasm, I hurt myself and it took 3 days to recover. So start out with less than you think you can handle and do high reps.The bands/ tubes seem to be of quality material and the construction appears to be sufficient to hold up for a while. The handles are sturdy and comfortable. I only wish the carabiners were larger, but those are cheap to replace. Everything, except the poster, fits into a nice bag for traveling.Now, the poster, if you have never used this type of exercise equipment it is pretty nice to lead you into some exercises and shows you the muscle groups that each exercise works on. There are TONS of PDF files on the internet that you can download and print out that EXPLAIN how to do the exercise, which the poster lacks.All in all, I am VERY pleased with my purchase and will probable get another set in a few months. For the equipment and the price point, it's a great deal!!!

Good but may come with damage
I've been using the resistance bands for about 2 months now with no issue. I worked my way up using 10lb, 20lb, 30lb and was ready to start 40lb band this week but when I took it out I noticed it's missing one of the attachments that allows connection to wristbands. So now I'm unable to use the 40lb band and of course the return window has passed. Overall, they seem very durable and definitely easy to take on the road if you want to workout while away from home. However, make sure to check every piece of equipment as soon as you receive it or you may end up dissappointed.
