I bought this pan to make omelets....3 egg specifically. Hubby likes big omelets and this pan is the perfect size for a 3 egg! Fill it, cook one side and flip the pan....no muss, no fuss, just nicely cooked big omelets! Cleans up like a breeze too. Glad I bought it! Nice little investment.

I have used this every day since it arrived. It is great to flip eggs without breaking the yolks. Any food that you need to flip cooks well in this double sided pan. After reading the other reviews, I have been very careful with the hinges because I don't want them to break.

I make a lot of omelets, as in almost every day I am making one for me. I have used this pan to make them for years now and I wanted to point out a couple of issues that may not be readily noticeable. But first I will talk about the plusses to this item. First, the price is really good for what you get. The surface of the pan has been easy to clean and since mine gets daily use I would say overall it holds up pretty well to the many times I use it. But there are a couple of issues that should be noted. The first, if you will look at the pictures of this pan, you will see the handles are attached by screws. The Screw heads are inside the pan. These Screw heads are not Copper stick free screw heads, therefore if you make thick pancakes or thick omelets like I do, the egg will stick to these screw heads every time. Every Time. I have to spray these screws with Pam in order to use these without it sticking which kinda makes them "almost non-stick" instead of truely no-stick. Second, the hinges are weak. the hinges are made of the flimsiest of all flimsiest metals. The pan surface itself will outlast the hinges by a long shot. Since I use mine to make omelets, having the hinges is important in that it makes it really easy to flip the pan. What should last me many many years only last a few. All that being said, if they would fix these two issues, either construct these with the handles incorporated in the metal and affixed internally and make hinges that are truely made to last, I would easily pay double for one. It does a good job for what I need it to do and would be a tremendous product if they addressed these two issues.

I have only used this for eggs currently, but this really works very well. I purchased this for my wife since she need her food cooked lightly and not crispy. I really like the feature of flipping if over to cook both sided without flipping the food manually. We will be using this every summer if not all of the time.

Wow, absolutely wonderful! I should have taken pictures of how they came out. My house usually handles the sleepovers for my son's friend group and this pancake flipper made it so easy and fast to get the pancakes out for hungry, big teen appetites. The pancakes came out the perfect coloring, I did use butter on the pan, so I am not sure how non-stick it is without oil/butter. It is the perfect size for pancakes and for eggs. I made myself an omelette and that too came out wonderful. From my experience using it, the head distribution was even, which was fantastic and I have to say I was a little surprised. I am usually suspicious of as seen on tv products, but this had 6k reviews and did not disappoint, what a hit! Definitely would recommend to anyone looking to make pancake making easy.

Update: One hinge has snapped off while hand washing. Not impressed it didn’t even last a year. This was my favourite toy. I’d also noticed that the inside “sweats” the same colour as the pan. Was it simply painted?? I was just going to use both separately but I’m throwing it away- I have followed advice for cooking omelettes & place the gas flame on low. It takes longer to cook but after one month of every-day use, the non-stick coating still works a dream. I do use a tiny bit of olive oil on both sides only. One side has a closing “lip” which is best as the top cover as when the olive oil drips, it drips into the other pan below, not onto the flame/element. I place beaten egg in the pan when flame on med, add ingredients, close the lid & turn flame on low. I flip the pan over after about 5mins & no leaks. You can hear the “flop” of the mix as it drops. Don’t be impatient-wait til the cooking smells waft through the kitchen! So far, the finished product still flips out easily onto the plate. My ONLY teeny whinge is that egg mixture catches onto the metal bolts of the handle inside the pan...no biggie.

He probado el producto y estoy conforme con el, por ejemplo al freír huevo no ha sido necesario usar aceite, lo cual lo hace muy funcional para cuidar la salud al disminuir su uso El contra que veo es el diseño, ya que no abre totalmente el sarten para poder lavarlo (lo cual es incomodo para realizar su limpieza) y tampoco tiene un cerrado hermético a la hora de usarlo, por lo que se debe tener cuidado para no derramar la comida, no es un gran problema pero es importante tenerlo en consideración
