Squash Air Spencer Bundle of CS-X3 Squash Air Freshener Unit and Refill Cartridge 2 Packs

I'm an Uber driver and I get so many compliments on how great my car smells. Many air fresheners are overpowering, give me a headache and last less than a week. Not this one. I can't recommend it enough. This is worth every penny.

I first purchased this from a local store almost 30 years ago. It may be nostalgia for me, but this is a great air freshener for the car. Squash is a bad name to describe this scent. It has an almost bubble gum / cola smell to it. Love it.

First saw these at a dealership. Found it way cheaper online like everything else the dealership sells. Smells great and lasts a long time still smelling strong 3-4 weeks in. So far the names are a bit off compared to the smell I got the squash and it smells more citrus like and fresh. Easy snap on case. Highly recommend

As there are a lot of positive reviews, I figured I would try this set (especially as it came with two additional refills). When you see the word "Squash" and "Smells amazing" together, you think of some really unique unheard of smell that takes a natural smell and enhances it. Not so. To me, it smells similar to a blue Glade air freshener (the old cone ones you lift to adjust). It's maybe more powerful or slightly different but it's not some enhancement of nature (ex squash?). It states it will be strong initially. I find that I had to close the adjustable vents to reduce the smell. So my experience is this - My car sits for a day or so, I get in and get hit with a powerful smell. Then a minute later, I don't smell much if anything. I'm not sure on the refill longevity (I'll have to check he gel insert... its been about a month). So if you love it, that's fine. I do like the case/holder design and it comes with a couple double sided tape bits to attach somewhere if you want to. I might try another scent next time since I have the holder...

Been using these since I was a wee lad. Nothing better than this Japanese squash smell.I get compliments on it every time whenever people hop in my Tesla.One thing to note: The smell may seem to go away after a few days to a week. But that’s just you getting used to the smell. When other people come in my car they still say, “Wow, what’s that smell?” Subsequently, refills may appear weaker in smell after that but that’s just because you are accustomed to the smell already and will not smell as strong because of it.

Any car guys from the 2000’s tuner scene knew you HAD to rock the squash air freshener.I love the all familiar scent but it only lingers for a couple weeks. The ones I bought in the past lasted 3 to 4 weeks and I was able to smell it from outside of the car with the windows slightly cracked.Not sure what the deal is but I feel like I’m wasting my money on these. I’ll forgo the convenience of ordering online and purchase these in store.
