When it can in we tried it on her and the neck part fits perfect but the body part almost doubles underneath. Thank goodness for the snap closures and not just the velcro part. Arrived on a Saturday and are planning to use it Sunday for a boating trip so no time to exchange it. Other than that it’s very good quality and after trying her out in the pool it does keep her afloat. And we love the shark fin.
