Im surprised no one asked this question. It says it doesn't go over 158° recommended temperature of poultry is 165° How do you cook chicken in it?

Hello Mike Bedford, Thank you for your question. You can free use SousVideArt coker till 194 F. But the main idea this method is to cook meals at low temperature. According to the famous cooking book "Sous Vide for Everybody", the best temperature for poultry is 150F, for tender steaks is 126-134F. So, you can choose any temperature till 194 F.
