Pillsbury Softasilk Cake Flour - 2 Pound (Pack of 2)

This is the only Cake Flour Brand I use.

Ok, so this is only cake flour, but it really is significantly better than any other cake flour I've ever used after about 40+ years of buying cake flour. I used to think flour was flour but as I got older & listened to experts more, I found out they were correct & I started using better quality flours for various foods I make from bagels to pizza & zeppoles! Even bought a mill & starting milling my own whole wheat flour for great raisin bread & other foods. But, back to this superior quality cake flour. I've been using whatever I could find at the warehouse stores or Walmart but recently came across a recipe from Cooks Country where they specifically mentioned this flour & why so I figured what the heck. Yes, what the heck indeed! It made a dramatic difference in the way the same recipe turned out so I'll definitely be buying this many times in the future. Just wish my local stores would have it but thanks to Amazon I can get it anytime I need.

I love this Cake Flour. In my opinion it is the best. The texture of the cake is nice and smooth. Once the cake cools either my friends or Co Workers love it.

This cake flour has been around for years but it’s getting harder to find. It make great cakes and cookies.

Thank God for Amazon during these difficult times when our grocery shelves are bare. I can always count on Amazon to get me ingredients and products that I need. This cake flour is a necessary ingredient in my homemade jewish rye bread recipe.

This is a much better product than Swann cake flour. However the price is literally double what it cost in the actual store. The only reason I order online is if I can not find in the store and I am desperate.

For some reason this is very hard to find here! Now the. Quality is consistent & I am sure most people know this is a good cake flour so more importantly to me is the shipping. For instance, when I ordered pickling salt the package was open in the box & spilled out. Looking at the reviews this was a consistent problem. Not so with the cake flour, the shipping was quick & the box arrived pristine. Couldn't ask for anything more. I think you will be very happy with this purchase. Very happy with the delivery & the product. I will order again!
