I recently had the unfortunate experience of dealing with TP-Link's customer support team regarding the Tapo C410. To put it bluntly, the customer service I received was not just disappointing—it was utterly appalling. The level of incompetence demonstrated by the support staff was astonishing. Not only did they fail to resolve my issue, but their lack of professionalism and courtesy was staggering. Instead of offering helpful solutions, the support team seemed completely unprepared to handle basic troubleshooting inquiries. Communication was vague, dismissive, and, frankly, rude. Their lack of product knowledge was glaring, and it became painfully clear that their training—if any—was grossly inadequate. This is not the kind of service one should expect from a company that claims to be a leader in the networking and smart home sector. What is even more frustrating is the complete disregard for customer satisfaction. It became evident that TP-Link has no real processes in place for addressing concerns. Rather than taking responsibility for the malfunctioning product or attempting to resolve the issue in a timely manner, their team resorted to passing the buck and offering nothing more than scripted, irrelevant responses. It is beyond me how a company of this size, with such a widely recognized brand, can allow its customer support to be this embarrassingly subpar. This experience has been a glaring example of TP-Link’s failure to recognize the importance of customer relations. Frankly, it feels as though they have zero regard for the customers who keep them in business. In conclusion, TP-Link’s customer service is nothing short of disastrous. If you value your time and sanity, I highly recommend avoiding not only the Tapo C410 but any product that might require support from this dysfunctional and unprofessional team. TP-Link, take note—your customer support is a reflection of your company, and it's an absolute embarrassment.

I like Tapo cameras however, for this C410 camera I am surprised that it does NOT support the WPA3 secure authentication standard which is a basis feature that all security devices MUST support. Another setback was that it took long time configure after 7 tries it worked but it is still very slow and there is no software update available. Also the 30 days free cloud storage trial does NOT load at all... it just keeps looping... Never experienced this kind of issue with any of our Tapo Cams that we are using for 5 years
