Relieved my sensitive teeth over the long term. No longer need special toothpaste.
Prior to using this remineralization gel, I used every tooth sensitivity toothpaste product on the market. As a teen, I had to buy my own things, and thought that a harder toothbrush would get my teeth cleaner. There was no warning that it could damage enamel, so the unintended consequence was that I ended up with both enamel loss and painful areas along the gums, too. The gums retreated a bit from the harder brushing, just enough to expose a few painful areas. My teeth became so sensitive that I could not tolerate any temperature changes. It hurt my teeth not only to eat or drink hot or cold (enough that I didn't), it also hurt to breathe in cold air. The toothpastes helped, lessening the pain, though the relief was short-lived. I had to keep using the toothpaste to dampen the pain. This remineralization gel is often marketed to use after whitening teeth. I do not whiten my teeth, I used the gel to heal my teeth from the damage of long ago. I first came across the concept of a remineralization paste more than 10 years ago. At that time, there was a different product from overseas. Regardless of how long the instructions said to keep the gel on my teeth, I kept it on as long as I possibly could. At first, I didn't have the trays that fit on your teeth to hold the gel there. To get some, I purchased a whitening kit that had the whitening substance on trays. I washed all that product off and used those trays. They were flat styrofoam, and by disinfecting them well I was able to use them for a while. Eventually I came across the thermo-molding type of bite trays, used by some athletes for protection. I starting using those, and did all that I could to maximize the benefit from gel. When I could, I used it all day and/or all night. If I could not have the tooth trays on, I would take a little of the gel on my finger and rub it on the worst spots. My teeth had become translucent, and with time the gel made them less so. It also made them less sensitive, and unlike the toothpaste, it lasted! Of course, I also gave up most things that could be damaging to my teeth, such as acidic drinks. If I did have anything like that, I used a straw, and learned that I should wait a bit before brushing, as the acid softens the enamel and brushing right away does more damage than waiting until later. I also improved my diet, and became more consistent with vitamins and mineral supplements. It was the remineralization paste, though, that helped my teeth to heal in the first place. Over time, I forgot all about it! I no longer needed the special toothpaste, I could drink hot and cold beverages, etc. After a few years I felt some sensitivity developing again, and learned that the price of that other paste had skyrocketed, and I could no longer afford it. Instead, I found this gel, and used it with success for more years of pain-free teeth. More recently, a small chip came off of one of my teeth, so I ordered some gel to strengthen my teeth again. This time I also ordered packs of gel for my spouse and children. I'll admit, they did not ask for this, and have not been using it. They do not have the pain that I had as a motivating factor. Instead, due to various concerns that they had mentioned, my hope was to spare them from reaching that point. Perhaps, with it available, they will use it soon. It has worked again for me, so I've decided to share that in case someone else is looking for a solution for their sensitive teeth. When my teeth were quite bad, it did take a while of using the remineralization product as much as possible (no swallowing, though)! Sticking with it worked. The two times that I have come back to using addressing my teeth with remineralization, it has not taken as long to resolve the issue as it did the first time. Staying consistent with magnesium, boron, calcium, Vit D3, and potassium are the other ways that I take care of my bone health. If you are still reading this, then perhaps you are looking for a solution for tooth sensitivity. If that is the case, then I hope that this works for you, too!

DOES whiten teeth without whitener IF...
**UPDATE** All the people who say this doesn't whiten your teeth on its own are wrong. YES it does, IF... the reason you've lost some of the white in your enamel is due to age versus staining. As we get older, we begin to lose some of the calcium in our bodies, from our bones and from our teeth. This product replenishes the llst calcium which improves the strength and color of your enamel. I don't even bother using a whitener anymore, just use this stuff every other month or so, and at 50 yrs old, I get compliments all the time on how beautiful my teeth are and I don't even whiten them. Now, if your problem is that your teeth are stained due to certain foods and drinks (e.g. coffee, sodas, wine) or bad habits like smoking 🤮 then you will need to whiten your teeth first to get rid of the stains. Following up with this product will help reduce or eliminate tooth sensitivity. In fact, it will help with that whether it's from whitening or you just have sensitive teeth. As for the best way to use it, the trays are best bc they allow your teeth time to absorb the minerals. After I brush my teeth at night, I "inject" thin lines of the blue gel in the trays, put them in my mouth and leave them there for an hour or so while I'm watching TV or reading at night. After an hour, I take them out, rinse them off, slosh some water around in my mouth and spit. I don't brush my teeth again after. In the morning, my teeth are back to being pearly white. (Btw, the same holds true if you do use a whitener. You brush your teeth, use the whitener, be it gel or strips, then use this stuff.) I do that once, maybe twice, every other month without using any whitener, which I don't need bc I don't drink sodas or coffee or wine. Even my dentist was impressed with how nice my teeth look and with how much stronger and healthier they are. So to recap, YES this will improve the whiteness and strength of your tooth enamel on its own IF it's a matter of less calcium in your teeth and due to age (generally, 40+ yrs). And it will reduce or eliminate teeth sensitivity whether it's due to whitening or not. And using trays is the best way to utilize this product to get maximum effect.

Hidden Warning - Contains Xylithol, Do Not Swallow
Yes, except for the fact that this Remineralization Gel - 5 Syringes of Gel contains the ingredient Xylithol. This ingredient is a sweetener that this product can probably do without. There are concerns when Xylithol is ingested so be sure to completely evacuate the gel after treatment. Beside the shady ingredient the remineraliztion gel seems promising. I am treating a partially decayed tooth with Fluoride and now this Remineralization Gel - 5 Syringes of Gel. So far results have been promising and I feel that it has been a very value friendly dental solution to try. This product is Remineralization Gel - 5 Syringes of Gel only and does not include any form of application tray, these have to be purchased separately. One tube of gel is enough for treatment of the top and bottom. Treatments are 5-10 minutes each. I plan on focuing on the upper teeth only and expect 8-10 treatments for that area.

Definitely Lessened Sensitivity After Whitening at Home
I purchased a whitening tray from Amazon, and altough it came with off-brand whitening gel, that product wasn't effective. So, I ordered Oaplescence 35% to use in my mouth trays, and the results were much better! However, with sensitive teeth, whitening comes at a price for me. I've used Opalescence in the past and experienced severe sensitivity that really made even drinking room temperature water miserable. I wasn't going to do that again, so I ordered Opalescence at a lower percentage rate so I didn't have to wear it overnight, I also ordered this re-mineralization gel to use immediately following my whitening treatment. I cannot believe how this product decreased my sensitivity! I thought maybe it was due to using a different formulation of Opalescence - and this is likely a factor, but on the night I was too tired to use my remineralization gel after whitening, I definitely felt the sensitivity in my teeth - still not to the extent of using the gel overnight without remineralization, but uncomfortable nonetheless. Additionaly, not that flavor should matter much since I don't intend to eat the stuff, but I found that the minty flavor in the remineralization gel was much more preferable to the whitening gel, which I think is just gross. I also found that paying less than $8.00 for 5 tubes of gel, which I can use two -three times each, was a good value for my money. The whitening gel is defintely much more expensive due to the ingredients, but considering how well this works to lessen the sensitivity of whitening, paying the extra money to buy the remineralization gel is completely worth it for me.

Great for hot/cold sensitivity
I was researching products for sensitive teeth, and came across this product. It seemed that most people were using this for sensitivity due to whitening. I got this hoping that it would reduce sensitivity that is not as a result of whitening, and I am happy to report that it has. I don’t have sensitive teeth, I have one sensitive tooth. Actually it is the side of one tooth. My dentist could not identify any reason for the sensitivity, and put some sort of product on at my last cleaning, but it only lasted about a week. This would be way too expensive and time consuming to do every week, and whatever the product, they told me that they could not give (or sell) it to me, that I would have to come into the office to have it applied (big surprise) This stuff does not provide as much relief as the stuff my dentist applied, but I would say it is 75% as good, and I can use it at home, for a small fraction of the cost. For the record I am treating hot/cold sensitivity. This comes with 5 individual tubes, each with a cap, that allows you to reseal it. I have no idea how much you might need to use to treat your entire mouth, but because I am treating one small area, I only use a tiny dab the size of a pea (if that) Because I am trying to get it in-between two teeth, I take a flossing pick and work the gel in between my teeth. If you have sensitivity between teeth, I find this method very effective. Also the gel is thick and “sticky” so it does not slip off of your tooth, it stays on pretty well. Once I apply it, I spit out anything in my mouth, but I do NOT rinse my mouth. I usually apply this at night, and leave it there all night. Again, I am using this on a small area, so I am not concerned that I will end up swallowing any of the product, especially with it wedged in-between two teeth. If you are treating all of your teeth, I would imagine that you would want to use a dental retractor for the duration of the treatment. When I first got this, I applied it every night for about a week, and now I apply it about twice per week. I have been using it for about 4 weeks now, and I am still on my first tube. I expect that one tube will last me about two months or so, and you get 5 tubes in a pack. For less than 10 bucks, you cannot beat it.

A must for sensitive teeth
The only way I can whiten my teeth. They are so sensitive I will hurt for days with the weakest whitener. This product lets me use the full strength and not be in pain!

Horrible Replacement
Worse in every way. We ordered this back in 2021 and it worked fantastically for my daughters teeth, she was lacking enamel from throwing up constantly due to her battle with anorexia. It tasted good and worked miracles. Her teeth were so sensitive it hurt to breathe and this stuff helped that. Like she would use it one time and be good for weeks. The package lasted us a looooong time. Recently her teeth have been bothering her again, so I went to order more in april of this year. Unfortunately the tubes got lost in the move and we couldnt find them, so I had to buy more. I was unaware that they changed brand.. unfortunately it's worse in every conceivable way. The taste is horrendous, the formula is weaker and doesn't work nearly as well as the other, if at all. It took one session to help her sensitivity with the old product. She is now on session five with the new product and still no improvement. The cap is difficult to get off, gel gets stuck in the end of it. And it's visibly way less than what the other syringe had. Pictured is the new one on top and the old one on bottom. That's her last tube of the old stuff and almost gone but you can see where the fill line was on it. You can also see the difference in color and opacity. Lastly a picture of the horrible cap. Here's the kicker: the old one was 7$$ and this one was 10$$.. wouldn't mind paying 10 for the good one but if you're going to change your formula to something crappy and charge more, yikes. Just sad, hopefully we can find the old stuff somewhere online as it's the only thing that's worked for her. The only good thing I can say is that the first package got lost and they resent us a new package in a timely manner. Unfortunately not the same product as before.
