Definitely kept the sea water out
Replaced my old snorkel with this one and not disappointed, it kept the water out my mouth when I submerged while snorkelling. Mouthpiece was nice and soft, so made my hour + snorkelling sessions much more comfortable.

Best Snorkel for a good price!
One of a best snorkels I've used! Decide to write this review after over a year of use and can tell that I recommend it 100%. First of all design looks great, mouth piece very comfortable, made of quality materials and yes it is Hyperdry! Absolutely recommend it!

Well made and quality snorkel
The media could not be loaded. I own both this model and the platina hyperdry 2 (semi dry) and they are matched with my Tusa Ceos mask with Rx Lenses. The difference is immediately apparent. Simply no water gets in.I dive 50/50 with snorkel still in the mouth but when I do there’s no ingress of sea water. If anything the mechanism might be a tad too sensitive and I found having to exhale to clear the snorkel.

Defective?
purchase for an upcoming trip, on the trip I tried it several times and water kept filling the month piece from the bottom - but the time i tried it, i was out of the return window and no response from customer service when i emailed.

Easy to use—no water-great to breathe through all day
Just got back from a week long snorkeling adventure. I bought the Tusa Freedom mask along with this snorkel, and everything worked fantastic. No leaky mask and the snorkel was fantastic. I highly recommend #1

No se puede respirar con el tubo con la cabeza levantada
Bien perooooo cuando levantas la cabeza se bloquea para que no entré agua, entonces si quieres mirar fuera del agua no puedes respirar con el tubo por eso le doy solo un 3 estrellas.
