The bag itself is huge on my 5 yr old, but it seems that most bags are an inch larger or smaller than this one or the same size, so I guess it’s standard and she will have to grow into it. Her mini bag from pre-K cannot fit a folder and that one is 12 inches. There aren’t many options for anything less than 15 in out there, so I guess this one hits most of the marks for a standard size and will hopefully last til she’s taller and can fit better.
