Strangely familiar but brilliant album
This album immediately reminds me of great bands of the 80s-think Icehouse, The Church, Prefab Sprout maybe even Kajagoogoo. It sounds very much of then but also strangely very current. Production and songs are slick and reveal more with every listen. Album of the year maybe? Album of the year 1985? Definitely.

Up there with Nocturne
A brilliant album that rewards repeat listens. Perhaps lacks a little variation in pace but can't fault the songs and the overall feel of the album. Definitely in my top 10 records of 2018.

Great 80s influenced pop, not unlike early Talk Talk or
Cd is excellent but I've lost track of the number of cd's I've ordered off Amazon which arrive with a damaged or smashed cd box. Does nobody check this before they are sent out?
