Like Being Hugged by a Wookiee
I have made first contact with a marvelous piece of Earth technology: the electric towel warmer. Until recently, I didn't even know such a thing existed. I stumbled upon one during my trip to the UK to visit a friend. Two of the hotels I stayed at had them. At first I thought it was just a fancy rack for posh people. Then I realized the truth: this humble device is nothing short of life-changing. Back here in the sweltering tropics of southwest Florida, you'd think I'd have no use for something that warms towels. But here's the thing: my wife likes to keep the house at 72 degrees, and I prefer it closer to 76 or 78, so we compromised and set it to 72. That means my bathroom, especially the towel hanging right under the AC vent, might as well be hanging with penguins in Antarctica. There's nothing worse than stepping out of a hot shower and wrapping yourself in what feels like a cold, damp rag. Not anymore. With this towel warmer, every shower now ends with a glorious, toasty towel. Installation was easier than replacing a warp core relay - took about ten minutes. And y'all know I'm not a hardware guy - I'm a software guy. My rule for working on computers is simple: if it involves a screwdriver, I'm out. But somehow I managed to mount this thing right under my existing towel bar without breaking anything. Yeah, under it - I'm not about to rip the old one out and patch drywall. Who do you think I am? Scotty? For now I'm running it off an extension cord that's snaked around the corner to the nearest outlet like a Ferengi on a budget, but I'll have an electrician come in soon and put a proper outlet in. House electrical is one thing I don't mess with - I leave that to people who own actual tool belts. It's a small price to pay for pure post-shower bliss. Turn it on five minutes before you hop in, and by the time you're done, your towel feels like you're being hugged by a Wookiee.

Good Towel Warming Rack
Works really well, simple to install although the hardware is not good you will need better cavity bolts.

Warm towel's good; fire bad.
Ah, the luxury of a warm towel when stepping out of the shower. Deluxe! It's plugged in now. eventually I'll get an electrician to hard wire it in. It works fine with the extension cord.

Doesn't get used
The size I got is perfect for a small towel. Not good for large towels. This was another expensive purchase that I rarely use. I wish I would have bought one of the small buckets that heat up towels but I couldn't find a metal one and I didn't want to buy plastic. This is made well. It's quality. Think about where you're going to put it as I didn't have a plug-in near where it's mounted on the wall. You may want to get a large one if you use large bath sheets. I tried to get used to using it to dry my towel after a shower. Not really worth it.

Not working after few months. No custemer service at all.
We purchased this towel warmer on February 26, 2025. By August 2025, it stopped working completely. Contact the company three times with no response. Amazon is not responsible after one month and does not even have any contact information about the seller or manufacturer. Do not buy this product. It looks very modern, but is not working after a few months. It is an expensive item without any service.

Ahhhh. Warm towels.
If there's nothing worse than getting out of a nice hot shower and wrapping a cold towel from inside a chilly linen cabinet (mine always seem cooler than the rest of the house), then there must be nothing better than instead wrapping a nice, warm towel around you after that nice hot shower. I got this in "1 bar", as the intended bathroom installation is small, and it's just me, so...1 is enough. If you have multiple people that might use the bathroom consecutively, it might be a good investment to get the 2 or 3 bar heater. The only downside is it's a bit on the small side, so I have to kind of wrap my towel around it to get the best effect. But it looks AWESOME on the wall, and works well, so I'm happy.

Terrible quality: - 4-bar unit - control unit does not work at all - unit is hard wired, it turns on but never turns off despite the controls - unit gets extremely hot - no indicator light if unit is on - with power outage unit turns itself on quietly this is effectively a fire hazard waiting to happen. stay away
