I like these little pouches, I wasn't sure I could handle the taste by itself, but they aren't bad.I have used up the 1st box, with my husband being given a couple to try also.I hit 40 yrs old about 6 months ago & have felt my energy levels decline in the last few years & even more recently. I'm starting to actually feel my age, & have to really force myself to get up & do the things I used to have plenty of energy for just 5 yrs ago. I hate that. I hate wanting to do something & then my body just feeling bla so I don't. I also have PCOS, & that is part of it but that's not the reason I wanted to specifically try these, though the anti-inflammatory properties can definitely be helpful for PCOS.I'm a big believer in good skincare & SPF everyday to keep my skin young & healthy, I'm also a medical esthetician & have the knowledge to know that should & should not go in my skin. Good skincare & treatments can only go so far though, aging is always going to be mostly internal. Resveratrol can be great for your skin topically. It's a great antioxidant & can boost the efficacy of other topicals too. If it can be that beneficial for skin, you know it can be great for the rest of you too, if taken as a supplement.Liposomal NAD+ Supplement with Resveratrol was my way of helping to slow the aging process everywhere, not just my skin.... hopefully.The taste is like odd orange juice. I don't want a glass of it, but not bad. It would be easy to add it to a smoothie or shake too & you'd never know it was in there.My husband & I both used these during our recent trip to Universal, Islands of Adventure & Volcano Bay. We're in FL, so it's a trip we do often, & you need the extra energy if it's multiple days in the heat... I mean we were there end of Feb & it's 80° & humid!By day 3 of walking & rides I usually feel my back & knees screaming. I definitely think these gave me the extra boost I needed those days. We usually get coffee mid-day & neither of us mentioned it this time. We used a packet in the morning before we left the hotel & I brought some everyday for us at like that slump you get around 2-3pm. Maybe it was a placebo affect cause I wanted to believe it helped, but I swear I had that extra bit of energy that usually would have been gone by then.If you've ever taken niacin by itself, you know you can get that flushing hot feeling, red chest. NAD+ is derived from niacin, but won't give you that same flushing. Niacinamide is another great topical I use on myself & clients in skincare. It's anti-inflammatory & supports healthy cell function & reproduction. Of course I would like that benefit for my whole body.It's too soon to say if this could have long term benefits I would definitely notice over & over, but I'm on board enough to get more & find out.If my husband is willing to keep trying it that's saying something too, he is not a supplement guy.We do keep our's in the fridge at home because the box recommended that, but they were fine traveling too.

This is easy to store, use, and travel with. I am not sure about the longterm effects but the ingredients seem promising and I add it to my drinks and smoothies with no issue.

Such an easy and enjoyable way to take NAD. A quick sip from the pouch and I’m good for the day. I prefer them refrigerated. I’m already starting to feel and see some positive changes like increased energy. Looking forward to the long term results!

I've tried this product for a little over 2 weeks now in hopes of seeing some kind of introductory change or something to my energy levels and my skin, maybe. Honestly, I don't feel nor see any difference. I'm anemic...this alone obviously wouldn't aid in boosting my energy, but I would hope that this little pouch drink would pair well with (healthier) foods I eat, but eh. Literally no difference. It also taste slightly medicinal, to me. Like a nice orangey but medicinal taste. I have a bunch more left that I plan on continuing to take daily so I hope to see something positive changing on my face.
