EXCELLENT PRODUCT
I have a Koi pond and need to test the water regularly to make sure there are no ammonia or nitrate buildups in the water. Water is tested by filling small little test tubes with water from the pond. It was extremely difficult to lean way over and down from the edge of the deck surrounding my pond and fill the little test tubes. Now, I just use this long handled "dipper" and fill the test tubes from it. What a difference. This item is very high quality, and I saw a great idea (on one of the reviews by another customer) about using one of these to put fertilizer on difficult to reach plants. I may get another one for that purpose, as well.

Wonderful for feeding my bushes
After looking high and low and at all kinds of prices to find something I could use to feed my bushes and low trees, I located this long-handled dipper at (where else?) but Amazon. Since I cannot get down and under these plants by myself, they were really feeling deprived. This dipper was the answer to their prayers.

Bread tool for scientific research and gardening
SP Bel-Art Long-Handled Dipper is very durable. It is long enough to reach the water surface, such as creek or lake when I need a small amount of water to test the water quality. As my yard does not have a drip irrigation system, I use a big bucket when I water my vegetable garden. This dipper with a 3 ft handle now makes my watering a lot easy.
