Excellent device. Calms me down and gives me a good night's sleep

I have been wanting some EMDR tappers for quite some time, however they are quite expensive. I came across this product and due to its claims and easy returns I decided to buy one and check it out. These are not a quick fix for anxiety and sleep problems but they do work. You need to be in a quiet and calm environment when using them. These type of tappers are used in EMDR therapy to help with many sorts of problems. They are best used in pairs. Nice product for the price

My son found this amazing at keeping calm . unfortunately it was on his wrist when he gesticulated, the strap broke and it flew into the TV ... now we dont have a TV nor a calm palm :(

First item was faulty, non working. Usual positive Amazon return process. Replacement was fine. Can understand the concept of this working and helping with sleep/ anxiety, I imagine it's been researched and tested. The problem is with the design and form factor of the device. Its too bulky to hold. A longer, thinner design would be better and with some give (squash,) to it like a stress ball. It's very difficult to get a comfortable holding position and not ideal for overly small or large hands. If it was a sausage shaped stress ball it would be great. It's too hard and uncomfortable to hold. If you could squeeze it against your skin a little then it would mould into a nice position on the pressure point and feel better to hold. It's the same size, weight and shape as the earbud case for Samsung buds so if you have these then try it out first.

Sooo is it just supposed to shock you? Seems like quackery to me..
