Victorinox VIC-6.7603 Swiss Classic Paring 3¼" Straight Spear Point Blade 5/8" Width at Handle Black

It’s a good little paring knife/utility knife with a fibrox handle that I like. It was fairly sharp out of the box and I was able to sharpen it further. The blade is pretty thin but it doesn’t impair its performance.

Great knife for the price and super easy to keep sharp if you know anything about sharpening a knife. Main thing I use it for is processing whitetail deer from start to finish.

The best knife! I’ve had one for years and just purchased another for a gift. I’ve never sharpened it but it’s still so sharp.

Excellent knives very sharp

All the quality you'd expect from Victorinox. Easy to sharpen holds an edge well the handle is easy to grip when wet can't ask for a better small blade in the kitchen.

This little knife is a great tool. Very sharp and handles well. The blade is thin and gets into very narrow spaces. I love it for peeling delicate fruits and vegetables.
