Works pretty well
Ok, full disclosure - I am very wary of any type of product that is marketed as a naturopathic metabolic health/fat burn/weight loss supplement - and I am curious as to what I may ultimately experience using this particular product. Up front, I do not expect any significant effects from this product - so if I do encounter any positive result - I will be sure to update this review with any tangible effects.Product came in a safety sealed box containing a 30 ML/1 fluid ounce dropper bottle that was also separately safety sealed. Box was bar coded; bottle was stamped with lot ID and expiration date of 9/2027. Inspection did not reveal any off odors, scents or appearance. Labeling does state this product is made in the USA with domestic and globally sourced ingredients.Instructions state to take one dropper directly in the mouth, or alternatively, add a full dropper to a drink of choice. It’s recommended to take during the day and one may take up to four full droppers a day. I am also wary when a product uses a proprietary blend - this one highlights several trending ingredients in the current supplement market - but as this is a proprietary blend, it is not possible to determine how much of each ingredient is being delivered per serving.Primary/highlighted ingredients of this tincture include Oregon grape root, Maca root, and Gymnema leaf. Note, this product also contains ashwaghanda root, Ceylon cinnamon bark, blue spirulina algae, ginger root and lemon peel.Color of product caught me by surprise - it is a deep blue color, likely from the spirulina. Scent was not too off putting, flavor was actually decent - a bit of tang, sweet. Roughly 15-20 minutes after taking a full dripper, I did feel a bit of a calming, but ironically, somewhat of a lift from this. I am going to assume it is the ashwaghanda providing the calm and the maca, cinnamon and spirulina providing the boost. I am not familiar with Oregon grape root - that may have played a part in some of this. I plan to continue to use this product snd will update this review should I experience any tangible effects whether positive or negative.

It works
Really works. Lost 16 lbs in a month. No side effects. It was so easy. I've used so many things to lose weight and this has been the best. All claims made are true

Minimally effective at best
At first I seemed to notice a bit of energy and mood improvement (used a dropperful in my morning pre workout concoction that also contains creatine, eaas, minerals, collagen and protein). After a two months of 6 day per week use, no noticeable effect anymore and no change to weight or metabolism. Also walking 10-15k steps per day and lifting weights 5-6 days per week. Ended my subscription and will use up my supply but likely won’t repurchase.

Scientifically underwhelming and overhyped
I’ve been using Blue Burn by Apothékary daily for several weeks. Despite following the recommended dosage, I’ve experienced no noticeable changes in energy, cravings, or metabolism. These are the core benefits the product claims to support.Functionality:The marketing suggests this tincture can boost metabolism, reduce sugar cravings, and increase energy. In reality, there has been no measurable improvement in appetite control, weight, or overall vitality. It functions more like a mildly flavored herbal infusion than a targeted supplement.Scientific Reality vs. Marketing Hype:While the formula includes a few well-known plant extracts, their effectiveness is questionable at the likely low concentrations present here:• Gymnema sylvestre may reduce sugar cravings when used in therapeutic doses, but not in diluted tincture form.• Ashwagandha is better supported for stress reduction than metabolic support.• Blue spirulina offers color more than any proven metabolic benefit.• Oregon grape root contains berberine, which can support blood sugar regulation, but studies rely on concentrated, standardized berberine…not whole herb tinctures. The brand also does not disclose the actual ingredient concentrations, making it impossible to evaluate potency.Flavor and Appearance:The dropper liquid tastes fine with a mildly earthy profile. However, the color and flavor virtually disappear in water unless you use a large amount. Achieving the rich blue hue seen in promotional photos would require an impractical dose.Value:Given the weak effects and premium pricing, it is difficult to justify the cost. This feels more like a beautifully packaged placebo than a functional health product. If you are looking for real metabolic support, this likely will not deliver.

This works, I’ve purchased two so far, one to keep at work and one for home. It curbs sugar cravings for sure and has helped me maintain weight. Love love love.

Between 3-4 star
If feels wrong to give it 4 stars but also wrong to give it 3 stars. I decided to go with 4 stars and post my only concerns. Overall the taste isn't bad and it is easy to handle, I don't think anyone would outright dislike it. My only real problem is that I don't feel anymore energy or feel there are any results from taking. I'm sure everyone has a different experience and in general medicines tend to have lesser of an impact on me.
