I have three of these decoders and they work perfectly. The decoder is very easy to set up. The decoded quality is great and is in many ways a lot better than other decoders on the market and I have tried many. The decoder is small and easy to physically install several in a small space. I can't say enough about their customer support. I had a couple of glitches, and they were resolved in a day or two. I'm sticking with the URayCoder products with future projects. Thanks for an excellent product and keep up the great work!

I simply love this product. It was the only device I have found on Amazon that actual does what it describes. It takes the streaming live video signal off of a NVR output and sends it out to an HDMI out to a separate monitor. It worked for months, until I had a problem with it where it kept re-booting constantly. The fine representative at URay Coder, Linda, took my complaint and offered very good support. She actually arranged for a replacement once I had returned the troubled device. She was courteous, and displayed excellent customer service. Today, I’m happy to report I received a brand new device, that has been working great, and so far its a dream. Hooray for URay!!

Bought this decoder to pair with a HikVision camera to be an "always on" view of the front door on a TV screen for a local business. Had some issues out of the box, but Linda at customer service was right there with help. Very prompt in sending me a new version of the firmware to address my issue of capturing a media stream via RSTP. Resolved the issue in just a few emails. The video quality is great. I haven't tried the multi-channel yet. If I have a need for more decoders I would definitely buy from uRay again based upon the customer service. Product setup was easy after I figured out how to configure the RSTP stream from the Hikvision camera.

Purchased to setup a spot monitor in my restaurant. I never used a product like this before so I didn't know what to expect. Setup was pretty simple once I learned the RTSP code to output a picture from one of my IP cameras. After this experience, I purchased a 2nd unit to setup a 2nd spot monitor.

In all of my many years of dealing with vendors, seldom have I had the pleasure of experiencing such stellar support as I have from this Chinese company. I was initially leery, but now I am sold. I purchased two encoders (H.264 and H.264/H.265) plus one H.264/H.265 decoder. I initially faced some slight technical issues with the HDMI interface and admin page, but they were quick and efficient in both providing me with a firmware patch and then providing live support (through TeamViewer) to resolve the remaining problems. I also asked them how I could purchase 3 "U.K. type/Type G" power adapters and they went ahead and offered to send me 3 unit for free ! What great service! Now all units are working flawlessly at perfect HD quality. Great operation, great quality, great service. Who could ask for anything more?

Plug and play right out of the box with minor settings to be configured. Contacted support team, within few hours had all the answers. This product works perfect. Would recommend

UPDATE: Purchased 8/2022 not connecting to network 2/2023. I reach out to tech support because the unit had an issue. They were very responsive and we reached a good resolution. The web interface is simple and effective. Better than the other model I tried. Does not get to hot. The only issue I've noticed is that the unit freezes up every other day. I installed a smart plug in it, in order to cycle power every night. The software has many modes of operation. I use the one that cycles between several different locations every 30 seconds.

I work in IT support so I had no issues with the setup and it was working for me within minutes. For a novice, I would recommend the handy guide that comes with it as it will tell you step by step how to setup. The support is very responsive, here on Amazon and via email. The web site can be difficult to find however. It's szuray.com, for anyone who needs it. UPDATE 4 years later: Product is still working great and support still responds right away via email with good advice. Purchased another decoder model from this same company with a few more bells and whistles and I expect to be just as happy with it as I am with this one.
