Stopped my leg cramps
I had leg cramps for years. The soap-under-the-sheet worked for years (it really did. You don’t have to believe me), but this has worked since the soap trick quit. My mom recommended it and, like all things Mom, it’s true and effective

Dark stool possible OK
In spite of Rufus response, I experienced dark stools using Slow mag. I stopped taking them and after 3 days returned to normal. Good product, but can cause dark stools. I resumed taking them. .
